Korero also runs the technology behind Best Places to Work in Hospitality and Best Workplaces in Travel and works with many clients on their employee surveys.
Hendrick and Hyde is a consultancy helping organisations to build authentic cultures through diagnostics and analysis, defining purpose, values and behaviours (and most importantly how to make them stick), senior team alignment and people engagement / retention strategy.

I am here to support people to RE-DISCOVER, CONNECT WITH & EMBODY the authentic version of themselves, so that they can live aligned life and create a ripple effect of positive transformation.
In 2021 I came across Human Design that has changed my life. So much so, that I decided to share with others. I passionately believe in the power of Human Design in supporting us on the journey to our-most authentic-selves and giving us a permission-slip to BE truly ourselves.
I find that experimenting with Human Design helps people to tune inwards and to:
• recognise the innate gifts & talents
• take the power back by listening to the inner authority to make decisions
• follow the breadcrumbs to create an aligned and purposeful life that they desire
In addition to Human Design, I am a Silent Counselling Practitioner. It is a form of Rapid Energy Release, and it has many amazing applications. In my practice, I use it to help clients to move through fear and un-resourceful beliefs that stop them from stepping into their full, authentic version of themselves. And the great thing is that we don't need to talk about it at
all! We use muscle testing, meridian points and breathing technique - all rooted in the body's wisdom to release any stuck energy to help with transformation.

On this episode, I'm joined by the wonderful Sarah-Jane Brown.
Contemporary artist Sarah Jane Brown paints the Welsh coast, using the landscape to describe various thoughts and emotions. Her work echoes traditional notions of the sublime, reminding us that being in a wild and rugged landscape is humbling and uplifting. Light, space, colour and movement are her hallmarks, from which she aims to
create moments of self-reflection.
Sarah Jane studied Fine Art Painting at Carmarthen School of Art, graduating in 2010 with a first-class honours degree. In 2020, she was awarded full membership of the Guild Society of Artists, part of the Fine Art Trade Guild. She has exhibited in many solo and group shows. Highlights include prestigious exhibitions with The Royal Cambrian Academy in North Wales, The Royal Society of Marine Artists and The Discerning Eye at London's Mall Galleries.
Sarah Jane sells her original paintings and a range of prints on her website. She also holds regular open studio events and painting workshops at her spacious studio on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Caroline is a corporate escapee having spent 20 years working as a chartered accountant working for large businesses and not for profits. She has wound her way around world working in Australia (her home country), the UK, Namibia and Laos. Realising these environments didn’t support her as an introvert she set up her first business offering Facebook ads management to small businesses. After a few more false starts and getting clear on what she wanted from her own business, Caroline now supports other introverts to redesign their business. She helps them create businesses that allow them to thrive as introverts rather than just survive. Ditching the idea that they have to pretend to be an extravert to get ahead.

Sam has experienced many pivots in both her professional and family life. Joining the Army at 16 years old Sam had an 11 year career serving in the military and experiencing all the pivots and challenges that brings.
Since leaving over 15 years go Sam has experienced many highs and lows, and now focuses on empowering women and business owners in the south west to take control of their financial futures. As you'll find out, amongst her pivots she was a personal trainer and nutrionist so Sam is not a one trick pony and often speaks about the three pillars of well-being—financial, physical, and mental health—fully understanding the joys and challenges of balancing careers, family commitments, and maintaining a healthy life.
Now, as a business owner and a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, Sam has carried out a variety of leadership and consultative roles in the financial services industry before setting up her own financial planning practice. A mum and step-mum to 4 children and married to a serial entrepreneur and business owner, Sam's biggest challenge is finding quiet moments!!
