Her passion for providing personalized care led her to create a practice that prioritizes understanding, empathy, and support.
Today, Heal Well Therapy focuses on providing therapy for individuals navigating life's challenges, with a particular focus on Millennials and Gen Z. Our team understands the unique generational pressures these groups face and offers a supportive space for self-discovery and growth.

I thought when I wanted to start my podcast, that it would be such an expensive exercise, and that I needed a glamorous and decked out radio studio to get started. But this wasn’t the case. I started with an audio technical mic, a room that had carpet and used the most budget friendly programs to get my podcast started. The rest is history.
