Both the Pit Teen Throwdown and the Pit Collegiate Throwdown will be part of the Games celebration. So 270 athletes ages 14-22 total will be in Southwest Michigan to cap the 2024 season.

In the CrossFit competitive space, a 19-year-old is often lost. They've aged up out of the teen division and joined the abyss of individuals far fitter than them. In life in general, a 19-year-old is often if not lost, at least unsure of what to do: College? Work? Travel? Volunteer? It's a time of great transition. Ellie Tinker, 19, of Fayetteville, N.C., feels all of that deeply and loves to dig in with authenticity. She shares how she's navigating life these days and how others her age can as well.
