Mission:
To raise public awareness and inform citizens that all veterans who live with PTSD are not dangerous. We will improve the quality of life for veterans and their families who live with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. We do this by education and training in the process of discovering their artistic expression by sharing the art of photography.
Vision:
An interdependent organization Texas 501c3 nonprofit to support veterans and their families that choose to practice therapeutic photography as a method to develop and improve alternative coping skills that help restore relationships, and cultivate self-sustainability.
Our Core Values:
Interdependence through friendship, and trustworthy partnerships, together we will cultivate friendliness, honesty, accountability, transparency, and decency.
How This Works:
Within the context of photography, we are framing our fellow veterans with improved coping skills through therapeutic photography. As photographers we practice composition, focus, to capture and produce a higher level of mindfulness through photographic principles and practices. This process helps develop strong disciplines and builds a friendship networks through fellowship. The networks helps veterans and their families manage the impact of PTSD with therapeutic photography processes. The processes are proven to produce positive outcomes that empower our veterans with a thorough set of artistic skills that improve their ability to cope and communicate with their loved ones on a deeper more meaningful level. Let's Photograph and Touch Souls Deeply!
