Jeremy began his career in investment banking as an institutional bond broker in Memphis, TN. First as Vice President at NBC Capital Markets Group and ultimately as Senior Vice President at Duncan-Williams. Jeremy worked with a variety of clients including banks, pension funds, insurance companies and mutual funds. His primary responsibilities included assisting clients with strategies to maximize returns in their fixed income portfolios. He transacted over $1B of primarily MBS and CMO securities during his time with NBC and Duncan-Williams.While working for Duncan-Williams, Jeremy co-founded Kaloosa Builders in Fairhope, AL in 2006.Kaloosa began as a production builder but due to rapidly eroding market conditions shifted focus to custom, semi-custom and Green Certified construction. Under Jeremy's leadership, Kaloosa built the first green certified home in the state of Alabama and one of the first LEED certified commercial projects in the state before ultimately ceasing operations in 2011.
Jeremy began his work in commercial real estate in 2011 with retail developer Pate Holdings in Tuscaloosa, AL. His primary functions included disposition of the firm's assets. Jeremy went on to work for Bellator Commercial and ultimately founded Katapult Properties in 2017. Katapult Properties is a commercial real estate brokerage located in Fairhope, AL and specializes in single tenant net leased retail investments as well as development properties in the Baldwin County, AL market.Best Way to Contact Jeremy:

As an Architect and Building Contractor, Robert’s focus is designing & building for residential or commercial purposes, of uncompromising strength and reliability. Practicing primarily in South Florida (the High Velocity Hurricane Zone) is a perfect fit, since buildings here must be disaster resistant – designed to withstand 170 mph to 185 mph Hurricanes.As Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Fires, etc., become more common and intense, it is vital that buildings, especially a person’s home, is designed and built to withstand natural disasters. A person’s home is their sanctuary, to feel secure, and safe, emotionally and physically.
Robert’s project portfolio includes the design and/or construction of multifamily buildings (a large-scale 490 Unit Hotel Resort in the Caribbean Islands), restaurants, large medical offices, and custom homes. He has also performed hundreds of Structural & Electrical Inspections on multifamily buildings ranging from 2 to 5 stories, and as tall as 12 stories, where he specifies concrete and structural repairs.
Robert is also actively investing in medium to large multifamily properties and actively expanding his portfolio.

Peter is a land flipper with a unique approach. Rather than sending mail and buying properties directly from private owners, he buys land from other land investors at a wholesale price. Joel has 40 year track record in industrial real estate. He co-founded Epic/Savage Realty Partners in 1991 where he oversaw hiring and mentoring 60 industrial real estate professionals, many of whom became his partners. His group sold the firm to an international real estate company in 2014 and Joel started Brit Properties.
As an industrial real estate broker and owner, Joel has secured over 2,000 industrial property leases and sales. His greatest accomplishment is maintaining valued relationships spanning five decades.
Joel attended the University of Michigan. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family in Deerfield.

Gene has been in the commercial and investment real estate business continuously since 1972 and in the legal profession since 1996. He is a member of the California Bar. As the founding partner of Trowbridge Law Group LLP, Gene’s law practice concentrates on the syndication of commercial and investment real estate, through both debt and equity. As a former syndicator, who for ten years raised investor capital; he served as the sponsor of sixteen investment groups, by raising equity from investors, through registered representatives in the broker dealer community, once sending out 1,676 K1s in a single year. He was responsible for the organization of those investment groups; the acquisition, management, and disposition of the real estate; and communications with the investors. He authored his first book It’s A Whole New Business in 2005. He and Kay have been married for 48 years and have two daughters, Amy and Emily.
