    Silent retreats are immersive experiences where participants engage in prolonged periods of silence. They are designed to promote introspection, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with oneself, often incorporating practices like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and nature walks. The absence of verbal communication allows people to detach from the distractions of daily life, creating a greater sense of peace and clarity.
