Sophie's career began 10 years ago, she was backpacking and ran out of money so offered painting services to a hostel in order to cover her stay. This flipped a switch for her: she left her job back home and decided that she was going to pursue a career in art. Sophie shares her journey from having her bank card declined at the post office to having her work in the National Portrait Gallery. Her main inspiration is women and their power, and she wants to share the magic that happens when women come together.
