In good news, the therapy is working and I am in a good mood and finishing off season 2 with all your FAQs. From conspiracy theories, whether I have ADHD to if we want to send the kids to private or public schools, and even questions about my parents. There's no holding back and definitely some unsolicited advice - don't hold me liable for it if it goes wrong. Enjoy. Toodles.

This week's episode is for the couples and singles out there. I sit with relationship expert John from MAFS and my other special guest Big Eddy. John is known for his no-holding-back approach to relationship advice on the hit TV show Married At First Sight teaching couples, and singles what they're doing wrong so they can make it right.
In this episode we talk about how relationships change especially after having kids, what should be your number one priority, the relationship with your partner or your children, and so much more. After this conversation, whether single or in a relationship, you will know the building blocks and effort it takes to build a healthy relationship and how to raise happier children.

With the absolute legend of a human today Amy Gerard. Amy is a Sydney radio host, podcaster, author, wife, and mum who keeps everything candidly real. She doesn’t sugarcoat anything from birth stories to parenting to marriage and sex after kids no topic is off the table and why this is one of my favourite chats so far.

One of the most frequent questions I get asked online and on the podcast is about parenting. How do you raise resilient children, how do you stay sane as a parent? It can be a lot and we’re all just trying to figure it out but instead of giving unsolicited advice, I brought in the big guns with Australia’s leading parenting expert Lael Stone.
Lael Stone is an Australian Speaker, Educator, and Author. Lael’s passions are supporting parents to understand their children, helping adults process their own childhood trauma, and creating education systems that value emotional awareness. Everything is based on one fundamental principle – connection and compassion. Her work aims to help all humans understand themselves better and be inspired to live the life they desire.
In this episode we talk about understanding your child's emotions, their mood swings, what they really want and are trying to say, what all kids crave from parents, how to create a resilient child, and tips and tricks on parenting and boundaries.

Guys, meet my best friend Elle! Yes, I do have friends, not many these days but the ones that have stuck around are my people. Elle has been my best friend since year 7 but apparently, I found out in this chat, that the feeling of being friends since day 1 wasn't mutual and from her story, I can't blame her. We are polar opposites and that's why we probably work, my job and life are online and she doesn't have any social media. We talk about growing up together, stories from high school (which I hope my parents don't listen to) and what's our friendship like these days.

My unofficial co-host Big Eddy is back for another episode, this one is for the dads and a reminder to check in on your dad friends. The pressures dads feel about parenting and raising little humans are completely different to mums I've realised, and yes there is such a thing as dad guilt. Does Ben wish he was the stay-at-home parent? How does he feel raising a young boy and two young girls in today's society? How can you be the best partner in a relationship with young children, when do you know it's time to step up? After my first episode, everyone knows I have been going through a rough time, and Ben talks about how he has been feeling and how we parent. He's obviously the wiser one and I will give credit where credit is due, he does have some great advice in this week's episode.

Guys, meet my siblings, 3 out of 4 anyways. Get to know my brothers Jack and Tom and obviously Aunty Bella was there too. You will soon understand why we are how we are. We talk about our childhood growing up in a tight Clinton crew, who was the best athlete, what we all think we would have been growing up, how we weren’t allowed sleepovers growing up and somehow I managed to get given free things growing up from the bakery man.
Jack and I are the only parents in the gang and we’re tight because of that now, Bella is Bella the love gang, and Tom is the fun uncle. We bicker, we laugh and there is a whole lot of love. Enjoy getting to know the Clinton Crew.

Sarah's Day has built an empire over 10 years that all began with blogging on Youtube fast forward to today and she has over 1.6M YouTube followers, an app, cookbooks, activewear collaborations and just to throw it in she is a Mum to 2 with 1 of the way. I've known Sarah for years and admire the boss mum she is. In this episode we talk about pregnancy number 3, whether there will be a 4th, Mum life, finding your purpose, and online criticism.

We’re back, season 2. A little bit of a life update in this episode, a catch up session and I am so nervous about it. We travel back in time to when I went to LA and met Rih Rih. What happened in that whirlwind trip, what was Rihanna like, we have been seriously sleep deprived in our house thanks to Soul and had to hire a sleep nurse, and then we get to the juicy stuff.
This episode is the most vulnerable I have ever been, they say vulnerability is the door to connection and we are busting down that door in today's episode. But in a good way, the good news, is I am working on myself guys. I am doing the work because life can sometimes swallow you up and spit you out and it’s how you respond to that. I want my children to grow up knowing it’s ok and good to be honest about your feelings and at this moment in time in my life, my anxiety is swallowing me good. Oh, I also blocked Ben on TikTok...

This week I sit down with the phenomenal Steph Claire Smith model, Mum, and co-founder of health, fitness, and wellness app KIC. Steph and I met years ago on a shoot for Boohoo where Steph was the main character energy of the day. Now a Mum also, Steph has built an empire and I wanted to know how does she do it - how does she fit everything in, work, being a Mum, having a podcast, being a great wife, and filling up her own cup up. We cover a lot in this episode but if you're a Taylor Swift fan like me, obviously I had to get the full story of how she met and was friends with her.
In this episode, we cover:
- Not attaching your worth to how you look
- Why Steph and Laura are so passionate about changing the way we feel about working out
- Toxic diet culture
- Prolapses and how important it is to do pelvic floor exercises postpartum
- The pressure of having another child, is it OK to ask someone if they are? Society and people's opinions
- Stay-at-home dad dynamic with Josh
- Mum guilt
- “Crunchy” what you feed your kids
- Full story of how Steph became friends with Taylor Swift
- How to be confident

This week I put my sister in the chair, Bella Wolfgang, and asked her everything I wanted to know without having Mum, Dad, or Ben there. We never get to talk like this.
Bella talks about why I am what I am, she dropped me on my head as a kid and that’s when our rivalry started, joking we weren't competitive growing up. Bella being the second eldest though got the rough end of the stick and me being the youngest was a little rebel and got away with a lot more. We have a special bond as sisters but are polar opposites, I’m a married mum of 3 and Bella is in her 30’s, single girl, adventure delulu era.
Bella opens up and we talk about single life, motherhood (does she even want kids), traveling around the world, and trigger warning we talk about body image and body dysmorphia.
Topics we cover:
- Sibling dynamics
- Single girl era in your 30’s. How to not let societal pressure/expectations get to you when all your friends and family are settling down and having babies
- Body clock, wanting kids, and pregnancy
- Relationship, dating advice, and finding a solid partner. You can find love at any age, and advice from Q&A’s on how to date
- Body image/orthorexia/body dysmorphia
- Finding yourself and healing after relationships, being OK with being alone

I’ve never seen someone in my life and I’ve always had this perception that you need to be unwell to see someone. I used to think therapists were scary but sitting down with therapist Solomon Petrovski has opened up my world to how much talking helps.
Something is wrong with all of us, everyone needs help and it’s ok not to feel ok. I realised I have so many problems, I didn’t know I had so many problems and I don’t know where they stem from or what triggers them.
I open up about my mental health and struggle with social anxiety. We talk about relationships, the most important relationship, the one relationship with yourself, feelings, and why it’s so hard to talk about your feelings.
Guys, it’s cool to get help!

There's a common theme on the podcast, I'm making people cry but not purpose. This week I chatted with the OG Mummy blogger and influencer Sophie Cachia.
Sophie started her blog way back in the day and transitioned into the influencer world early on as it evolved. Now a successful businesswoman and Mum of two Sophie and I chat about friendships, friendship breakups, and how to make new friends. When you become a Mum your priorities change and we often get stuck feeling like we have to stay best friends with people we go to high school with even though we don’t have common interests. We need our 'stayers'.

We have a very special guest this week and I am so lucky he took time out of his busy schedule. Everyone has been asking for him to be on and here he is, Big Eddy! Also known as Ben, his actual real name.
I’m pretty sure it was love at first sight for Ben, but definitely not for me. We talk about how we first met, how Ben proposed, our wedding, and obviously the kids.
I even made Ben cry in this episode guys (which was totally not intentional!) We dive deep into parenting and how sometimes the stay-at-home parent resents their partner, Dads guilt, and our own relationship.

Something you don't know about me, I am actually friends with Martha Kalifatidis (Martha K) and well before she was on MAFS, I've never watched an episode of it, I only watch 1 TV show and it will surprise you.
We throw it back to when we first met and how much our lives have changed. We talk about high risk pregnancy, Martha opens up about how lonely her pregnancy was and the toll it took on her body, Mum shame and mumxiety - the anxiety and stress that Mums go through. Have fun with us whilst we catch up and talk about how hot we used to be.

Guys, I’ve started something, I’m getting out of my comfort zone and have my very own podcast. Being new at this, don’t come at me. I promise what we have coming up and the guests are so much fun. Let’s do this, meet new people, get to know me, legit advice from professionals that we should all probably take. Life is chaotic and messy and so is this. Real conversations that you have with your friends and questions I probably shouldn’t ask.
We are kicking it off with me, get to know me. I was a superstar musician in the Church band growing up, superstar is a loose term but we’re rolling with it. I have grown up on social media being the instagram surfer girl since I was 15 so I can relate to Justin Bieber being a child star (joking.) But seriously, I started TikTok because I wanted a space for Mums to relate to, to feel like we’re in this together, you're not alone. The chaotic mess is a part of life so why not share it. TikTok is life unfiltered and now so is this podcast.
