In this episode Sammy, Mike, Rhys and Melanie talk about the newest (and not so new) MCU releases. They will discuss Eternals, Doctor Strange, Ms Marvel, Moonknight and Thor Love and Thunder. And maybe Morbius, but also maybe not. IT'S MORBIN' TIME!

Look, it's a Melanie, Sammy and Mike episode, you know what you're getting. It's unhinged, there's no structure, and we just end up listing hot people. Good movie though.

Turmoil has engulfed Sorry Meadows.
The wi-fi of Sammy to outlying hosts is in dispute.
Hoping to resolve the matter with a blockade of deadly broadband,
the greedy Jack, Rhys and Mike have stopped all contact to the small town of Portsmouth.
While we endlessly debate this alarming chain of events,
Melanie has secretly dispatched a Zoom chat room,
where the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy,
can settle their conflict... Are the Prequels good or bad? -
In this episode, three of our hosts: Mike, Melanie & Rhys, take a trip in the Timey Wimey Machine and travel back to the year 2000. Each host must choose a film from that year to explore. Join us as they discuss all the best parts of their chosen films, Final Destination, Requiem for a dream & Battle Royale.

Mike, Sammy and Melanie discuss Legends of Tomorrow and demand it be safed!

Mike joins Rhys once again in a look back through Disney's animated past. This week we delve into the second half of the Silver Age, including some of Walt Disney's final films, such as Sleeping Beauty (1959), 101 Dalmations (1961), The Sword in the Stone (1963) & The Jungle Book (1967).

Quite some time ago Mike and Rhys made a blood pact where each of them had to watch a tv show the other recommended. In this first episode they will talk about Mike's recommendation Bojack Horseman. This is a very spoiler-heavy deep dive into the show, so please only listen if you have seen it (unlike me who had to edit this and now knows everything about the show 🥲).

Finally! After making its way into many other episodes, the boys (Mike, Rhys, and Sammy) finally get to talk about Doctor Who. Get ready for almost two full uninterrupted hours of time travel holiday fun. It sure is a shame Melanie couldn't make it. It is her favourite tv show after all :(
Happy New Year!

Die Hard... I'm barely alive!

With No Way Home releasing today(!!!), Mike, Sammy and Rhys decide to look back on all the Spider-Man films we've had in the past and rank them using a preference revealer, which, fully on brand, leads to excessive arguing.
Rest assured, there are no spoilers for No Way Home in this episode, however, what we do have, is countless technical errors which lead to most of the audio being misaligned for the first 10 minutes or so, but after that it should be fine.

Once upon a Sorry Meadows, while I pondered on It Follows,
Thinking over many a quaint and bloody scary movie—
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a clapping,
As of some witch gently clapping, clapping at my wardrobe door.
“’Tis some witch,” I muttered, “clapping at my wardrobe door—
Only this and nothing more.”
Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak October;
And each Sorry Meadows member sat in fear upon the floor.
Eagerly I wished the morrow;—to watch The Conjuring, The Descent, Hereditary and It Follows
From my DVD bookcase of horror— horror for the lost Jack Tanner—
For the rare and radiant Melanie, and the one the angels name Jack Tanner—
Suffering here for your amusement.
