Defect, maintenance and facilities management are as important as the build itself.

Currently responsible for Cornwall Airport and previously working on the amazing Sidra Medical & Research Centre in Doha, Qatar. Darren gives us his thoughts on change management, education around maintenance and facilities and why it's fundamental that employers take employee safety under their responsibility.
Enjoy a great discussion!!
