For the past decade, I’ve navigated the world of social media, building a public presence in the fitness and wellness space. Along the way, I’ve experienced incredible growth, challenges, and lessons that have shaped not just my career but also my mindset and approach to life. Frank Desico, a University of Notre Dame graduate and four-year starter on the baseball team, played professional baseball in Cleveland and has spent the last decade building a strong reputation for his performance and developmental work with athletes. I started "Stef Speaks Radio" in 2019 and I took a pause in 2022. A lot has changed over the last two years, and I’ve changed a lot as well.
I finally feel ready to turn the mic back on. It’s been a journey to get back here… a lot of overcoming my own limiting beliefs, fears, and excuses.
It’s crazy how something that has always felt so *right* for me was the very thing I kept pulling away from.
I don’t know exactly what this new chapter looks like; I just know I’m finally ready to start it and connect with this community in a way I’m deeply passionate about—one that goes far beyond fitness.

In this episode, we dive deep into a conversation surrounding conditional love for ourselves and when that narrative came to be.
We have allowed our minds to become controlled by the thoughts and beliefs we hold daily- but the problem is that these aren't in alignment with love and acceptance for ourselves.
We have always been worthy of love, as we are "love". But overtime, we have grown accustomed to the foggy, distorted reflection of love that doesn't allow us to see or accept ourselves. All this has built up from the various things we have went through and experienced over the year.
The key to change and finding freedom is having awareness of the thoughts flowing through us daily, and being able to realize what is truth and what is not. In this chat, we have a convo around this and understanding that we don't have to live life based around conditions for acceptance and love.

Welcome back to Stef Speaks Radio- wow, it feels good to finally be writing this.
After a long break, I am breaking the silence. Join me for weekly episodes as I return back to the place I love & share my heart, thoughts and voyage through life with you all. It has taken me quite some time to turn the mic back on and speak. Life got the best of me the last few months and I shut down. It felt as though my voice was gone. I become paralyzed at the thought of recording an episode in fear of what I would even say, and if what I had to say was even worth sharing.
That's how I knew it was time to come back. I started this podcast as a space where I could speak candidly, vulnerably and authentically. Where I could share my journey and how I continue to evolve, learn, grow and navigate through all seasons of it. To be perfectly, imperfect.
This season I am in has been no exception and my hope is that by finding the courage to come back, someone else will have the courage to go after the thing that has been weighing on their heart, too. Because life is too short not to follow the beat of your soul.
