This week we're re-releasing a classic, episode 11. Everything I Know About Mom Guilt, I Learned From Brene Brown.
SRT offers a working definition of shame and a conceptual identity for shame. Through the
development of a continuum schematic, SRT describes the main concerns of women experiencing shame and identifies the strategies and processes women find effective in developing shame resilience (see Figure 2).
