Rohit Srivastwa is founder of BharatVerse, a Metaverse being developed specifically for Bharat. With 20 years of experience and successful exits, he has been focusing on the domain of information security and now pivoted into web3. Now he is a “Certified Metaverse Expert” and also provides training as well as coaching to students as well as corporates in this domain.
He is also actively involved in advising several Military agencies, Law Enforcement, Corporate, and Government bodies of different countries in these fields. He is a liaison member at FIRST.org which is a consortium of Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs) from across the globe liaising between CERTs of difference countries and companies in case of cyber-attack
and adversary’s takedown.
Rohit is a well-known Security Evangelist who started India’s first-ever hackers conference and community named “ClubHack” back in 2006. He has had a bunch of start-ups in the past, with the last one acquired by QuickHeal Technology Ltd in 2016.
A teacher at heart, Rohit has designed the entire MTech program in Information Security that is being currently offered by Pune University. He is also a visiting faculty at several A-grade institutions such as IITs, IIMs, Symbiosis, etc. Currently he is teaching web3.0, metaverse and related topics to corporates
and students of various institutions.
He has recently authored a book on personal data security and privacy for techies as well as non-techies. The book is named “My Data My Privacy My Choice” which is available at ecommerce
platforms as well as via https://privacy.clinic. The same recently got translated into Russian as well.

In her career of 25 years, she has rich experience in architecture, design, development, and is now responsible for securing systems. She has been instrumental in setting up the Security Center of Excellence (SCoE) in Philips. Under her leadership, SCoE got the medical industry first UL firm registration. She is also leading the Philips cross functional team for harmonizing the SBOM generation, Securing Cloud applications, DevSecOps and initiatives around secure development lifecycle.
She has a Masters in electrical engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and bachelor’s in engineering from NIT Rourkela. She holds CISSP, GCIH, CEH, CCSK certifications. She has been an advocate of product security at various national and international forums like HIMSS, RSA, DSCI,Nullcon etc.
She teaches underprivileged children, and likes spending time with family, doing yoga, reading and travelling.
