It had to be done ... again. In another episode of 2AM Thoughts, Ryan Lehal discusses why the Canucks losing to the Vegas Golden Knights was a missed opportunity for the core group of players and why this team needs to reach the same level next season

Producer Ryan Lehal had a lot on his mind on the morning of Game 5 between the Vancouver Canucks and St.Louis Blues and just had to pick up the mic and start recording in the early am hours. The JT Miller trade receipts that the television broadcast just won't let go of, the importance of Brandon Sutter, the officiating, where has Brock Boeser gone and of course it isn't SCT without a little Jake Virtanen talk. Oh, and is this really how the Canucks match up against actual contenders?
Side note, this is Ryan and I am posting this at 3:41am ... Goodnight
