  • Happy Monday! Brie is back with some late-breaking news about Halloween with the family, a small oversight that nearly derailed Trick or Treating, her ongoing battle with the mouse of the house, and why one of her new chickens caused panic across the entire neighborhood. Brie is also answering your voicemails, so call the show toll-free at 833-GARCIA2!

First, Brie breaks down her big family-style Halloween and explains why Bryan wasn’t able to be part of the big Peter Pan-themed family group costume event. From dressing up to collecting candy to the excitement of the Switch Witch, and even reducing the spooky stressors, Brie recognizes that she nailed Halloween this year…for the most part.

Brie’s ongoing battle with the mouse in her pantry has entered a new chapter. After taking huge steps to prevent a repeat visit from the rodent, things didn’t go as planned, and it caused a bit of a kitchen kerfuffle.

Then, did one of Brie’s chickens escape? The next family movie night just might be Chicken Run. Fiddler, the chicken that’s known to sit on top of the coop, went missing for a short time. After a small scare and a neighborhood-wide poultry pursuit, things had a happy ending.

833-GARCIA2 is the number to leave the show a voicemail and connect with Nikki & Brie. This week's messages included tips on chicken coops, dating advice, Murder Mystery night at the Bonita Bonita Speakeasy, humane mousetrap suggestions, and more!

To close things out, Brie sprinkles a little fairy dust on Inspiration & Affirmation that will bring out your inner child!

  • Brie is back on the mic and she has updates on her new chickens! She’s frustrated with Christmas Creeps and plays a new game just in time for Halloween!

First off, Brie is bringing you all the latest news about her chickens! It seems that Brie’s day revolves around her chicken coop. From early morning hellos to evening goodnights, Brie’s all about her feathered friends. However, her short foray into the life of a chicken farmer has resulted in a few unanswered questions about the routines and habits of the newest additions to her family.

While the chickens are welcome into the Danielson house, there’s one unwanted stranger who has Brie staying up late and working overtime. A lover of all animals, Brie is anxious to re-home a mouse that’s invaded her kitchen. The issue is how to apprehend the little creature in a humane way. Things we know about the mouse: It’s cute, it likes bread, it ate a protein bar.

Brie also found herself perplexed when shopping for some candles for Halloween and Thanksgiving. While she’s all about a cozy vibe at the house, it seems all of the home decor stores in town have jumped past Fall and fast-forwarded directly to Christmas and its harshing Brie’s vibe. She was willing to go all-out for Autumn decor, but the Christmas Creep has taken over all available retail space in the tri-county area. Will her hunt for seasonally appropriate candles be successful?

Poetry and Halloween costumes, two things Brie loves, collide in a round of Costume Quiz. Isabella, the show’s editor, puts a twist on the top Halloween costumes of 2024 with some ridiculous riddles that test Brie’s knowledge of cutting-edge trends.

To close things out, Brie shares her Inspiration & Affirmation that put her in the right holiday spirit, the Halloween spirit!

  • Time is flying but are Brie’s chickens?

Brie gives an update on the new addition to her family: a flock of chickens! Bryan’s been overwhelmed, but Brie has jumped right in and gone into rancher mode. She will now answer to Farmer Brie. She details how the chickens arrived unexpectedly, her plan to be the best chicken manager on the planet, naming the chickens, and how Bryan embraces all of it.

Tomorrow kicks off the Holiday Season, and Brie reflects on what she did and didn’t like about last year. Managing exceptions, setting goals, and going into the season with true intent is Brie’s plan for 2024/2025. Last year, Brie felt stressed trying to do so much that she didn’t enjoy family time. She overdid it and was exhausted. This year will be different, and she has a plan you can follow if you want to change up your holiday season, too, so you don’t end up burnt out.

Brie wants love and peace for everyone, and as we head into what could be a stressful time, maybe think about the loneliness during times like Halloween and brighten their day. Who DOESN’T love to see kids in costumes???

She’s also prioritizing being mentally present and her health this holiday season. The goal is to avoid falling into the trap of overindulging and feeling unwell later because what we put in our bodies can certainly affect our energy and mentality. Take the stress out of your holidays this season!

Brie closes out the episode with her choice for Inspiration & Affirmation, which is all about taking a moment to yourself, smelling the flowers, and setting the tone for the experience YOU want.

  • Brie is taking the show international this week, and she’s joined by our queen, Kathy!

Brie and Kathy are in London for an epic trip that you’ll see on “1st Look Presents: Extra Mile Club”, a new luxury travel competition show airing on NBC stations in December!

Kathy gives updates on her health; she’s ready to turn 2024 around, start the healing, and feel the love.

Brie’s actually surprised that Kathy joined her on this trip! Kathy’s been laying low and sent a cryptic response to Brie’s invitation that left her a little confused. But good news, Kathy (and her dog Bear), accepted!

Bear, a certified service dog, made the transatlantic flight and has been treated like royalty for the entire trip.

While in London, Brie and Kathy have been filming segments for “Extra Mile Club” that include Bridgerton-themed parties, checking out the local art scene, visiting pubs, and enjoying every minute of a magical week come to life.

Birdie and Buddy are also fascinated by the hotel room that Brie and Kathy are staying in, but they have different reasons for being mesmerized by Brie’s room.

  • Today, Brie is back at the Bonita Bonita Speakeasy with two special guests: Emily & Zac.

Emily & Zac are the hosts of the Speakeasy and oversee bookings, tastings, and everything else that happens there.

Emily has known Nikki & Brie for years, and the way that she first met Brie is not only hilarious but a great throwback for anyone who remembers her from the Total Divas & Total Bellas days.

Emily & Zac broke down their hard work to grow the Speakeasy in the community with creative branding ideas, their focus on customers, and why you just might see them dancing at the end of a busy night.

Emily traces her love of wine back to college and challenges Brie to “Slap the Bag” at the Speakeasy in the near future.

Working with Emily & Zac over the years has made them family, and Brie gets the exclusive on how they got engaged, what threw Zac off on the day he proposed, and the promise about her upcoming wedding that Emily made to Birdie.

To close out the episode, Emily & Zac give their picks for Inspiration & Affirmation, one from Buddha and one from Dolly Parton, but both with immense impact.

  • Bris is back to give some in-depth answers about something she’s asked consistently: her schedule.

Budgeting time is a skill that’s taken Brie some time to master, but she’s gotten into a good rhythm, from looking at the big picture of her week every Sunday to allowing herself to focus, finding the right time to multi-task and why 9pm plays such an important role in her routine.

Brie breaks down her morning routine, why she keeps Sundays wide open, what she prioritizes during the day, how she figures out what businesses and brands to spend time on, and how important it is to her to show up to appointments and the specific reason she doesn’t always ride to the airport with Nikki, even if they’re on the same flight.

Then Brie also gives an update on school picture day, why things didn’t go as planned, her new approach to handling emails, how a few words from Kate Winslet inspired her, allowing her kids to figure things out themselves, and why she’s happy that she’s traveling for work as much as she used to.

  • After some amazing conversations at the Bonita Bonita Speakeasy, Brie is excited to share her experiences and bring her love of connecting with people to the show and to her everyday life.

Brie’s been spending more time at the Speakeasy, a special Bonita Bonita tasting room that opened up earlier this year, and she’s loved the mix of new friends, familiar faces, and the deep conversations she’s shared with all of them. It’s the exact atmosphere that they set out to create eight years ago when they started on this mission.

The Speakeasy combines their passion for business, wine, people, and creativity. Some great things are happening in the future of the Speakeasy! Murder Mystery Night, Peace of Kate, Flower Fridays, a Fall release pickup party, and much more!

Brie also gives an update on Buddy’s eclectic musical taste, which has taken an unexpected turn with a deep love for a classic singer that’s prompted a few breakfast dance parties at home.

  • This week is a very raw, honest, and motivating episode of the show.

Brie can’t stand still anymore, and she’s on the mic to share her emotions with you directly. She’s tired of suppressing her anger and using that feeling as motivation for change in her life, and Brie will tell you how you can do it in your own life as well.

She also spends time expressing what she hears from her inner dialogue, the sneaky immediate impact of trauma, and the lingering effects that it can cause, rippling through every aspect of your life.

Lies will eat you up. She also has an essential message about accountability in the short term and the long term; the truth will catch up with you at some point. So what are you going to do about it, and how are you going to unleash your inner power to grow as a person? Brie will walk you through that as well.

  • Bryan is back to sit in with Brie on today's episode!

First, Brie wonders if she made the right fashion choice for today's episode. It might not be functional, but she looks good! Bryan is also having a hair crisis, and Brie has strong opinions about what he should do next, but Bryan seems determined to make a choice based on function over form.

Will the early bird get the worm? Brie's excited because she's days away from welcoming a collective of chickens, but will they turn Brie into a morning person? Maybe…Maybe not.

Bryan catches everyone up on his obsession with physics, his big whale-watching trip with Buddy.

Then Bryan gives his insight into having his family join the mayhem at AEW All In, and the special message Birdie had for Buddy when they were leaving the ring in London. Bryan's next match is at the Tacomadome in Washington, the first place he ever saw live wrestling, and it's a very big deal to him to return there with AEW 25 years after his wrestling career started.

Then Brie begins to question where Birdie and Bryan get their competitive streak. Could it be from her? She recounts a recent experience with Buddy while playing Uno, Brie won the game, but Buddy was certainly not happy about it.

Bryan Loves Books! To close out the episode, Bryan runs down the books and authors he's currently reading:

    Playground by Richard Powers

    Nexus by Yuval Harari

The episode closes out with a fascinating meditation prompt from Bryan for Inspiration & Affirmation that's all about the ability of the mind.

  • Brie brings on two very special guests on today’s episode, which features an arts & crafts segment with Birdie and a travel segment with Buddy!

First, Brie breaks down a weekend with friends in San Diego that saw her reconnect with girlfriends, let go of some stress and rough mornings, and celebrate with them at a special charity event, Party 4 Parks, that raises money for Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego.

At the party, Brie did something unexpected and permanent. That experience made Brie pause to allow herself to bring silliness and then simplicity of youthful joy into her life with laughter and experiences with friends and family.

Brie welcomes Birdie for a special arts & crafts segment that you can do at home with a cardboard box and flowers. Brie and Birdie talk about fairies, art, music, Bird’s dislike of soccer, and why farts are funny. Birdie also has some landmark life events coming up that she’s excited about, but is she ready for them?

Then get ready because Buddy is in the guest chair for an out-of-control interview that covers whales, his running ability, and his love for photography.

Brie closes the episode out with a special Inspiration & Affirmation that is all about her fairytale life, and she appreciates every moment of it, even in tough times.

  • Brie is back on the mic with some updates and parenting experiences that have challenged her in new and exciting ways.

First Brie gets you caught up on the big family trip to London to see Bryan at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium. From sight-seeing to travel hacks to limit jet lag in the kids to seeing the in-the-ring action, Brie breaks it all down. This trip for sure solidified Buddy’s career choice later in life.

Brie also had quite the experience Birdie when it came to a missed connection with the Tooth Fairy. Oversleeping led Brie to see a problem as an opportunity and use it to her advantage in a parenting situation. She also learned to find the magic of life and parenting in new and exciting ways as Birdie entered a new phase in her childhood.

Brie also chronicles the hilarious technology-free September that’s led to memories being made and some questions about her current TV habits.

This week, Brie’s Women of the Week are Lauren Samuels and Austin Danielle Bohmer, the leads from Wicked in San Francisco. She’s been listening to “Lost Boy’ by Ruth B. a lot, and she’s deep into the last season of Vikings, a recommendation from her sister.

  • This week Nikki’s rocking the mic solo! Brie’s in London for Bryan’s match, Artem had something big come up, so Nikki is seizing the opportunity to go deep on her thoughts on a return to the ring, what she’s learned as an entrepreneur, why it’s important for her to share that knowledge, Matteo’s obsession with dance class, some questions from the audience, and why she doesn’t want to be remembered as a woman who was always exhausted.

To star things off Nikki loves seeing Matteo thrive in dance class, so much so that he tried to persuade her to take him to dance class instead of school one morning. He just wants to dance!

Nikki also shared a special moment with Matteo when they watched Uncle Bryan at AEW: All In, and now Matteo’s fascinated with wrestling! Watching the matches, especially in the women’s division, has ignited a fire inside Nikki and she just might have one last run left in her…

She’s also excited to co-host the epic showdown that will define 2024: The Netflix special Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef on September 2nd, live from Las Vegas! It’s going to be a wild time in Sin City and you won’t want to miss it!

After opening up her DM’s, Nikki answers a handful of questions from the audience that touch on entrepreneurial skills, learning to not take business decisions personally, where she could see Bonita Bonita tasting rooms open up in the future, business strategies, the reality of getting back in the ring, what she’s donut improve her morning routine, and much more.

  • Summer vacation might officially be over for Nikki & Brie. After a wild summer in the mountains, Brie’s ready for the routine of the school year. Nikki has something to say about an Instagram comment that was critical of her openness about going to therapy and the effort she’s making to make all of her relationships better and evaluate communication in her marriage.

Both Nikki & Brie have noticed some significant changes in how they eat and drink lately. Nikki has come to the realization that three drinks is too many and two is the magic number. Brie’s noticed that she’s not able to handle certain foods the same way. One thing that Nikki and Brie both have no problems with is black licorice. It could be a problem.

Brie’s in full Halloween mode, but Nikki thinks she could be getting ahead of herself. It’s not even Labor Day and Pumpkin Spice Latte’s on the menu. All of this Halloween talk reminds Nikki about something that Brie did to her house that left a lasting mark and a tiny bit of pumpkin rage.

While it could be too early for PSL’s, Brie already has her family Halloween costume set, while Nikki is weighing her options, but there’s a clear front runner.

Then, to get ready for the new school year, Nikki & Brie have to get on the same page with Editor in Beef. The Garcia Twins are editors of the school yearbook, and they have to assign superlatives to Artem, Matteo Bryan, Birdie, Buddy, and themselves.

Nikki also gives some background on what she’s doing in Las Vegas on Labor Day. Nikki will be hosting the Netflix special. Joey Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef will stream on Netflix on September 2!

Brie closes the episode out with her pick for Inspiration & Affirmation, which is all about joy and fulfillment for yourself and not living for others.

  • Brie and Bryan are coming to you straight from the lake house in special conversation about parenthood, regrets, grunge music, and an abundance of butts.

Things get started when Brie recounts a few recent experiences with Buddy in public that all revolve around his fascination with butts, including spanking a grown man in a grocery store, which was a mortifying experience for Brie.

The conversation jumps from butts to golf and the realization that even at this young age, Buddy has mastered the art of getting on his big sister’s nerves. Birdie Danielson might have a bright future in the world of golf if she can overcome getting heckled by her little brother.

Bryan puts a new spin on something he did the last time they taped an episode together; he got the kids to ask a few questions to Brie and one of them broke the rules and made a statement. If things keep tracking for him, the child will not make it to the second round of Jeopardy!

From flowers to babies to animals and childhood memories, Brie touches on a lot of topics that Birdie and Buddy want to know about. Bryan also has his own list of insightful questions that touch on the shallow, like celebrity crushes and movies, and get rather deep, like regrets and Brie’s spiritual life.

To close things out, the main topic of this episode, Buddy Danielson himself, crashes Inspiration & Affirmation and has one demand for his father that ends the show. What is it?

This weekend in London could be Bryan’s final match as a professional wrestler. To get more on the story and learn about Bryan’s incredible career in the ring, check out this clip from AEW

  • This week, Julianne Hough joins Nikki & Artem to talk about her world away from the dance floor, her personal transformation, breakdancing at the Olympics, and her new book “Everything We Never Knew.”

To kick things off, Nikki & Artem open up with his reaction to doing Savor in Chicago, his crossroads as he contemplates life after professional dancing, and Nikki ponders how things in her life would be different if she were allowed to try out for school plays as a kid.

Then Julianne Hough joins the conversation. From dance to acting to music and writing, she defies labels as she uniquely chronicles her awakening. She tells Nikki & Artem all about some tough times that guided her to a rebirth of her energy and purpose in all aspects of her life. Now, that revival is causing a metamorphosis of gratitude and personal development in the world around her.

This conversation is so important to Julianne that she declines a call from her brother Derek in the middle of the interview so that she can lock into Nikki & Artem as they talk about helping others redefine themselves, which is a process that Artem himself is going through and realizing that Dancing with the Stars isn’t just about scores on the dance floor, but emotional and spiritual evolution.

To close out the conversation, Julianne also has a very strong reaction to dance finally being in the Olympics, the response to Australian breakdancer RayGun going viral for all the wrong reasons, and her hope for ballroom dancing to get a shot in the 2028 games in Los Angeles.

  • Nikki is back on the show after missing a few episodes. She’s fully recovered after trying a few home remedies that left Artem skeptical, but after seeing a medical professional, she’s recharged with a new batch of vision boards, a little deep cleaning, and some technical innovations that blew Brie’s mind.

Brie’s fresh off a visit to Nana in Texas and really appreciated the wisdom, strength, and thoughtfulness they’ve shared in their conversations. Nikki’s glad that a wall of family photos in the Bonita Bonita tasting room allows her to honor her ancestors on a daily basis and the photo wall has become something that Matteo is fascinated with.

Nikki & Brie are both coming off an amazing experience watching the Olympics, and they’re fascinated with Australian breakdancer RayGun and so many unanswered questions about her sudden rise to infamy.

While she couldn’t compete in Paris, Brie quizzes Nikki on recent headlines about unusual world events in a new segment, Nikki in the Know. Then the tables turn, and Nikki hosts International Spelling Brie, a game that tests Brie’s on the spot…Brie goes into the game as confident as an Australian breakdancer at the Olympics. Will her self-assurance pay off?

The episode closes out with Nikki’s choice for Information & Affirmation touches on their connection to Nana and the importance of a strong matriarch in any family.

  • This week, Bryan is back on the show to cohost with Brie!

Brie and Bryan sit down to talk about his upcoming match against Swerve Strickland at AEW: All In. It’s a Title vs. Career match for Bryan, which means it could be his LAST MATCH ever. That’s a lot to take in for Bryan. And even Brie.

Bryan reflects on his wrestling journey, the impact one teacher had on him that encouraged him to chase his dreams in the ring, his gratitude for everything that wrestling has brought into his life, some huge moments in his career, and his feeling the pull to spend more time with Birdie and Buddy and make memories with them on their terms. AEW: All In has put him at a difficult crossroads.

Bryan also touches on his relationship with William Regal and his passion for learning more about physics and gravity, an obsession he’s used to help steer away from depressive spirals.

Then it’s it’s time for Bryan to answer some unique questions from Birdie and Buddy including embarrassing moments, fashion staples, bananas, favorite years of his life, and much more.

Bryan Likes Books! Bryan also runs down the list of books he’s been reading lately, including:

  • This week, an old friend joins Nikki & Brie to catch up on life decisions, new opportunities, some great memories, and some scary topics. Literally.

Kayla Becker, known to many as Kayla Braxton from her days on the mic, joins The Garcia Twins to talk about taking time for herself and reassessing her career goals, why writing a book about her experiences in the foster care system is a priority, taking a shot at acting and more.

They also cover trauma bonding, Nikki & Brie’s fascination with ballet dancers, big developments in the sports career of Birdie Danielson and Matteo’s dance parties.

Then the conversation turns to one of Kayla’s true passions, horror movies & scary shows. From True Blood to Child’s Play to Orphan, Kayla is ready for anything Nikki & Brie throw at her, including infected sharks.

The episode closes out with Kayla sharing her choice for Inspiration & Affirmation.
