Farren Morgan is a British fitness instructor, lifestyle coach, author, and soldier. He is the founder of The Tactical Athlete, a global online coaching business known for its tactical training programmes. Farren specialises in curating tactical training programmes based on the strength and conditioning approach. He is best known for his 8 Week tactical training programme and 1-2-1 coaching.
Morgan has over six years of experience working in the British Army at the rank of Lance Sergeant. As of 2021, Farren is serving as a soldier in the British Army, operating as a PTI for the Coldstream Guards in Westminster, London. He is also a member of the Guards Parachute platoon and the author of the 10 Week Tactical Athlete Conditioning, 8 Week Tactical Training, 12 week Tactical Athlete Strength and Conditioning, and the 8 Week Tactical Bootcamp Ebooks. Farren is regarded as one of the leading motivational influencers and tactical athletes across the country.

In the early hours of Christmas Eve 2007, Royal Marines Commando Mark Ormrod was out on a routine foot patrol in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan when he stepped on and triggered an Improvised Explosive Device. Thanks to the swift action of the men around him and the intervention of the Medical Emergency Response Team he was airlifted via helicopter to an emergency field hospital in a desperate attempt to try and save his life. An innovative and dangerous procedure carried out onboard a Chinook helicopter en route to the hospital did save his life. He woke up three days later in the UK in Selly Oak Hospital, Birmingham: Both legs amputated above the knee and his right arm amputated above the elbow. He was the UK’s first triple amputee to survive the Afghanistan conflict.

Lee became the world’s first physically disabled person to row from mainland Europe to mainland South America solo and unsupported. Lee broke the able bodied record by an incredible 36 days and also broke the record for the longest solo and unsupported ocean row by a physically disabled person, a total of 3 Guinness World records. Lee is a former Royal Marine who suffered a life changing injury when he was hit by an engine block on a motorway. Anthony is a remarkable man, who has experience his fair share of set backs. Highly resilient and motivated, he forged his way to an Olympic Bronze medal in the London 2012 Games in the face of extreme adversity. Switching his focus to professional Boxing, he suffered significantly from an eye injury which ultimaltley ended his career.
