In today's episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I talk about how you can support yourself and your clients body image, relationship with food, and overall success over the festive period!
I know it can be a daunting period of time for many, and so in today's podcast I give you some tools to help make it a far more enjoyable and less stressful experience.
I discuss the importance of self compassion, understanding why certain thoughts and fears may arise, decreasing your likelihood of struggling with overeating, tackling fears that might present themselves around yours or your clients body image/relationship with food, and more!
If you're apprehensive about this time of year and would like a chat or some additional support, please don't hesitate to drop me a message on IG at @dannibosworth - I'm always happy to hear from you lot!
Thank you for listening as always, and I'll see you next week!

It can be easy to shy away from asking questions, to worry about what others might think of the question itself or of you for asking it, to feel pressure to look like you know it all and view the admission that you don’t as a weakness
I’ve been there
But it’s not
It’s a strength
So in today's episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I talk about the importance of leaning into the discomfort of being vulnerable enough to ask questions, hold your hands up and admit when you don't know the answer to something, and being willing to learn from others.
Thank you so much for listening as always 🫶🏻

Holly gives us a run down of her own journey through health and fitness both personally and professionally, and talks to us about what health and fitness means to her now in comparison to when she first got into the industry.
We then discuss all things body image, relationship with food, and identity when it comes to athletes, ex athletes, and also how these challenges can present themselves with those in the general population too! Especially if performance goals become a large part of an individuals life or for coaches, something that they use as a part of their marketing on social media.

In today's episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I talk about one of the most common reasons I see people not achieving their goals at the moment - trying to do too much at once.
This is relevant in fitness but also business, and as an example in fitness it could look like trying to lose body fat at the same time as setting a demanding performance goal such as running a half marathon.
I discuss why we're drawn to doing so, why it's holding us back, and how we can improve our ability to achieve our goals moving forwards!
I’d LOVE to hear from you whether this is your first listen or you’ve been here for years, so please drop me a message on instagram if you have any questions, requests, or feedback. I’d absolutely love to hear from you!
