If you're looking for fresh inspiration to help you find better balance and clarity or need something new to get you out of a mental rut this is the podcast for you. Created and hosted by journalist Chloe Potter, every episode will introduce you to a different tool or technique, and a life coach, therapist or expert will explain why it works and how to use it. I created this podcast because I believe everyone deserves access to this kind of support. The first series includes the titles Feel Understood, Feel Powerful, Feel Sexual, Feel Proud and Feel Free. Scroll through the titles to find one that feels right for you today. And if you find an episode helpful please share it with others.
