Buy Organic to avoid as many herbicides/pesticides as possible! Avoid using any roundup/pesticides in your yard. Glyphosate has been banned in many countries (Europe, Mexico, etc) but not the U.S.
From the CDC: Atrazine, one of the most widely used herbicides in the United States, is intentionally applied to crops, especially corn, sugarcane, pineapples, and sorghum.

Did you know that in the early 1960s, only 6% of Americans suffered from chronic disease? In 2006, 54% of Americans were suffering from chronic disease. It’s even worse today. The good news is this… in this election year, there is one presidential candidate that is bringing much needed attention to this crisis. I invite you to give this perspective consideration.

Did you know that in the last few years, cancer rates have increased 79% in people aged fifty and younger?
No, this is not a misprint. This is unprecedented, and would be unthinkable just a few decades ago.
Rest assured that this is not normal, and should never be normalized. There are root cause(s) to this, and it is imperative that we begin to ask questions and start looking for the root causes to the public health crisis that is facing our nation today.

What is the difference between a Mid-life Crisis, and a Mid-life Awakening?
Also, did you know that based upon today's average life expectancy, mid-life is right around the ages of 35-38 years of age?
Are you, or have you, had a mid life crisis / awakening?
I'm convinced that our human system has a preprogrammed 'check engine' light that is designed to come on around our mid-life so that we can check in and inquire about the nature of our existence and life.
So, what is the difference between a mid-life crisis, and a mid-life awakening?
That is what today's brand new episode of The Love Cast with Jamal podcast is all about. I invite you to give this episode a careful listen.

Many people do not like the word sales. For many, sales can feel disingenuinous at best, and manipulative at worst.
I have come to truly appreciate sales, however, becuase I have come to learn that everything in life is about sales. Sales involves investment which leads to value exchange. Without investment of some kind, there can be no container in which transmission of value can sustainably occur.
With that said, however, I had a podcast interview with a man who helped me upgrade my understanding of sales tremendously. As a result of this conversation, I no longer see sales as sales, but as collaboration.
Are you a collaborater? If you are, you will bring a lot of value to this world. I would like to invite you in to listen to my podcast interview with an expert collaborator named Peter Anthony.
Peter Anthony is an author, speaker and Master in Professional Communication. As an expert in collaboration, Peter has run workshops for thousands of people in 12 countries for over 20 years. He consults with Fortune 500 companies to help them achieve better, smarter outcomes from more effective internal and external relationships. His book Collabradabra highlights the six moments that matter to maximize collaborative outcomes one conversation at a time.
You will be glad that you listened to this episode...

Did you know that you have the power to literally shape the way someone perceives themselves at an unconscious level?
There is a psychological phenomenon called the Pygmalion Effect that is one of the most powerful tools that we all have at our disposal that few people are aware of.
The Pygmalion Effect is always happening. Unfortunately, it's often happening in an unconscious way creating tremendous damage and division in our relationships and society.
As we approach another election season here in the United States, it's imperative that we understand that our divisions and reactions toward other people and groups are largely a result of the Pygmalion Effect.
I would like to invite you to give this important episode a careful listen.

Why would anyone want to walk on hot coals and broken glass you might ask? What can walking on hot coals and broken glass teach you?
It can teach you that when you are in a peak state, we can defy the laws of physics and do the impossible.
In addition to Tony Robbins, Dave has worked with organizations like NASA, GOOGLE, The University of Notre Dame, etc... -
This is a special and important episode of The Love Cast with Jamal podcast. In this episode, I share a message that is very dear to my heart about peace, and about becoming a person of peace.
How do we cultivate a life of peace in the midst of violence?
How do we respond to conflict and violence without becoming violent ourselves?
Is true peace passive in the face of injustice, or is it active?
In this epsiode, I share four very important realities that we need to understand as we are surrounded by violence and are being called to react with violence. Please give this episode a careful listen.

Do you know what the earliest warning signs of chronic disease are?
In the Western world, many people assume they are in good health until they are diagnosed with a diease. The problem is, that's not how life works. Disease begins very subtly and is likely with us long before we are aware that it is there.
Our system will give us warning signs in advance, however. It's important to become aware of the roots of chronic disease as it begins at the subtle level before it manifests at the physical level.
In this epsiode of The Love Cast with Jamal podcast, I invited doctor of Ayurveda Victor Briere back on the show again to discuss how to recognize if we are on the road of health, or chronic disease. The warning signs just might surprise you.
Give this episode a careful listen. Your life and health are worth it.
You can connect with Ayurvedic Doctor Victor's work further HERE.

Equanimity- Mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper, especially in a difficult situation.
In this episode of The Love Cast with Jamal podcast, I sit down with Jodi Wellman again on the show to discuss the all important state of being called equanimity.
Are you equanimous in your daily life? If not, we will not have the ability to experience life fully, and we will not have the ability to respond to the situations that are happening in our lives. Also, having equanimity as it relates to death gives us a greater access to life.
This is a fantastic conversation that I invite you into. Listen and enjoy!
