Sometimes in life, we get so caught up in what we haven't done that we lose sight of what we have. We don't realize how far we've come and let all the things in our lives that are still unfinished get us feeling down.
But you have to realize that you have no reason to feel bad just because you haven't done everything you set out to do. Because, in the real world, things don't always go the way we want, no matter how hard we try.
But perhaps it's time to acknowledge your triumphs and wins. Maybe it's time to pause and reflect on all of your accomplishments. And in this episode, I'll share with you those signs that you could be doing better than you think.

Because we're frightened that we'll lose out on something great or because we fear that our peers will shun us because we are not "in the know," we choose to overwhelm ourselves with a barrage of unpleasant information. Instead of taking care of our mental health by feeding our thoughts with helpful knowledge. Today's episode will talk about why most times, it is actually better not to know.
