There's only one way to wrap up the year, have Keith and Wade break it down. After a quick birthday wish to Tiger, the two ProShow voices go through fifteen outstanding stories. Some we remember, some we don't. That's what year-end shows are for!
From Nelly's blood clot to Phil's frontal lobotomy, 2022 did not disappoint on drama. Month after month the sublime became real and the golf community was literally turned upside down. We still don't know where it will continue to go, but the product we consume has been improved.
2023 plans to be even better when we consider more golf from Tiger, the Netflix series on the PGA Tour, LPGA purses, "designated" events and overall championship venues. We don't know what will happen, but this compelling conversation of 2022 will certainly help get us ready for it.
Enjoy the candor, tangents, and laughs in this sixty minute summary of the year that was from the perspective of Friday afternoons.
The Weekly Update: The Top 10 updates from 2022. An eclectic list of the most "interesting" stories we covered to close the show this year.

The golf world is full of great stories. PGA Professional Chandler Withington stepped away from the Director of Golf role at Hazeltine National Golf Club in 2021. He had an idea on how to create a better quality of life for he and his family. That idea took a little time to build, but his tremendous work ethic allowed him to persevere. Chandler loves the history of golf and is a tremendous artist. He combined that interest and talent and started Archive 22. Archive 22 is an unbelievable concept. Withington creates pieces of historic art displaying moments in the ecosystem of our game. Throughout our conversation, Keith and Chandler covered:The company's origin storyChandler's art and history interestPGA career pathThe company's nameThe challenge of creating historic golf art
The first piece available from Chandler is a historic account of the US Open. He spoke with all 51 clubs that have hosted the tournament over its 127 year history. Collecting this style of art history is vanguard in the golf world. Celebrating Chandler's courage cannot be overstated.

There's a ton of stories in golf these days, so Keith and Wade take on as many as they can in sixty minutes. No interviews, just the two ProShow cohorts breaking down the Hero World Challenge and a whole lot more.
From the World Cup, to airport bars and everywhere in between Keith reads between the lines of Tiger's press conference and health. The players at the Hero are struggling with the wet windy conditions and a reacp of round one only creates more questions than answers.
Rahm, JT and Lydia Ko make the news and notes portion of the show alongside Sergio's fall and Mickelson's "facts" tweet. There's a lot going on and all of that gets discussed before the Weekly Update. Golf, pop-culture and a whole lot more this week.

It's the final week for the LPGA and PGA Tour in 2022. Tour golf is about to take a break. Keith is in Georgia at Sea Island to cover the men while his guest this week, Chantel McCabe, is in southwest Florida to cover the women.
Together they breakdown the CME Group Tour Championship. Two million dollars to the winner for the women will raise some attention and add to all the pressure packed drama we are set to see in Naples.

Each episode of the ProShow entertains in many ways. This week, we hosted three guests.
Boston sports writer Jim McCabe has covered golf for decades. From his days at the Boston Globe, to Golfweek and then working for the PGA Tour he's seen it all until now.
His macro perspective on the current state of affairs in golf is interesting. Together we discussed:
LIV in BostonA couple stories of the yearHis new ventureGolf's foggy futureJim's a wonderful storyteller and on air he just knows how to captivate an audience. Speaking of captivating, our other two guests wrote history this week. Christian Emmerich and Owen Egan made back to back double eagles (albatrosses) on Sunday. Both young men play for the Holy Cross Men's Golf Team and in the same group in back to back shots they managed to do something that has never been accomplished before in golf.
Their story is really fun and to hear both of them recount the action is priceless. Make sure you listen to the end of the show to catch their entire interview.
