Excel Sports Clinic is a Sports Therapy and Physiotherapy clinic based in York. The clinic was set up in 2010 by Tom Robinson and was based from Fitness First gym. In 2012 Adi Hammond joined the clinic and in 2016 we moved to our first bespoke Rehab and Performance Centre in Clifton Moor. At the end of 2021 we acquired our new premises on Clifton Moor which we’ve fitted out to the highest standard with 5 consultation rooms, fully equipped strength and conditioning gym.

The Lyke Wake Walk is a 40 mile challenge walk across the North York Moors. The route remembers the many corpses carried over the moors on old coffin routes and the ancient burial mounds encountered on the way. YTO does this route annually and it is one of our best events, want to find out why?
