Let's TAP into perhaps the last episode ever. I like how we landed on the number 108, which is the number of making the cosmic alignment of the total solar eclipse possible, because the distance from Earth to the Moon is about 108 times the diameter of the Moon. In spiritual traditions the number 108 also hold great significance - anyway, I didn't mean for it to happen now, it just so happens, that I have stretched myself too far, and now that Neptune is on my natal Mercury, I must slow down and give way.
I hate cancelling so I am taking it in small steps. At least for now I have cancelled interviews in the month of may, and let's see what June brings. Maybe I will need to come back on, and maybe a break will turn into a lifestyle.
Regardless - thank you for being here.
Mannah,
May 17, 2025 just as the Capricorn moon is making itself known in my sixth house of work.

Yay – Rebecca Martin Hart is in the house! I mean... the House of Hygeia!!- In this episode, we TAP into the astrological meaning of Hygeia, the goddess of health, and explore her role in the birth charts of significant healers – as well as examples of her extreme opposites.
For me, Hygeia in the birth chart represents how you can support others in healing. If you're working in a therapeutic or healing field, Hygeia reveals your unique vibration—your particular way of contributing to others' well-being - including emotional. I’m still relatively new to this understanding, which is why I invited a true Hygeia expert & lover to bring more depth to you.
Rebecca Martin Hart is a holistic healer, astrologer, and founder of House of Hygeia. In this episode, she shares insights into Hygeia’s mythology and symbolism, discussing how this asteroid reflects an individual’s healing journey and potential health imbalances.
Hygeia is often associated with health (maintenance & prevention) and the holistic view of body, mind, and spirit— through routines/ rituals, and a balanced live. How can we actually work with Hygeia in our healing practice?
Join this conversation and learn more—we share examples of Hygeia in Aquarius, Libra, on the angles, and on the lunar nodes.

"MAKE THE PAST YOUR STEPPING STONE" says my guest today, and I think Saturn in Aries are behind that as well.
Join us as we are speaking about karmic constellations with Yael Eini, developer of the Karmic Constellation method
The Karmic Constellation method by Yael Eini has spiritual roots, as it draws from Yaels experience in energy healing and family constellation work,.
What we talk about today is a method to trace karma, those old patterns we carry without even knowing why.
In her book, Karma Healing, Yael shows how past-life traumas and unresolved soul contracts show up in our relationships, our fears, our repeating life themes. She writes on page 30: "The purpose of karma is soul growth. When we meet someone, the interaction we create with them is karma. It motivates us, it teaches us, it allows us to accumulate experiences, and it helps us to develop both as human beings and as souls. And yes, encountering the other can be painful, even very painful. At the same time, this pain is not a punishment; rather, it is an invitation to learn. The person may not learn, but the soul learns."
This is SO aligned with Evolutionary Astrology where we see the birth chart as a map of the soul’s intentions, some call it a karmic blueprint. We can see the memories of previous incarnations through archetypal patterns. We interpret the chart related to evolutionary journey of the soul, so that placements describe past-life dynamic, especially through the lunar nodes and planetary aspects to them, but really all of the chart are soul memories. That's why I am fascinated with Yaels work, because she has a method of working therapeutically with a past life story.
In this interview we explore how the soul has a very different opinion that the human, and how to use representatives to unite karma and rewrite soul contracts.

YAY Mark Jones is back, and we begin by TAPping into the role a therapist in the future - and then we go from there. Of course for us therapy involves a birth chart, this special map for deeper insight on what the purpose of it all is. Astrology and psychology need each other. But how does the field of therapy look in the future? Here are some key points we dive into:
The Future of Therapy:
The conversation opens with a vision for how therapy might evolve. We discuss that therapy is no longer just about traditional models – it's becoming more individualized, more integrative -Saturn Archetype Changing:
Mark notes that the archetype of Saturn is shifting. Where it once represented rigid norms and societal expectations, there is now more room for personal authority, unique self-expression, and freedom. However - we shouldn't reinvent the wheel every time either....Neurodivergence and Pluto in Aquarius:
I bring up neurodivergence, linking it to Pluto in Aquarius. Mark reflects on how we are moving away from the systemic, hierarchical nature of Pluto in Capricorn into a more decentralized, knowledge-sharing era. This allows for new voices, new minds, and new ways of being to emerge. However...Pluto in Aquarius & Uranus in Gemini:
Mark adds that Pluto in Aquarius alongside Uranus in Gemini will foster rapid technological innovation, particularly around how we process and understand information. This could revolutionize fields like therapy, communication, and even consciousness.AI and Therapy:
The question arises: Can AI be a therapist? Well... not a very sacred therapist?Materialism vs. Sacred Imagination:
A central critique is how materialism has narrowed the meaning of astrological archetypes. Mark calls for a return to sacred imagination, where astrology isn't just about prediction or personality, but about engaging with something transcendent and mystical.Thank you for being with us

Joanne Twombly, MSW, LICSW, integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) with essential knowledge from the complex trauma and dissociation field for safer, more effective treatment of C-PTSD and dissociative disorders. She's got more than 30 years of experience in the field of treating dissociation! In her book "Trauma and Dissociation Informed Internal Family Systems: How to Successfully Treat C-PTSD and Dissociative Disorders", she writes that:
“Dissociation is a protective defense that, in a way, hides oneself from oneself.”
In this interview, Joanne Twombly shares her argument for trauma-informed adaptations to standard IFS. Here is some of what we cover:
– “Dissociation is a protective defense that, in a way, hides oneself from oneself.”
In this interview, Joanne shares her argument for trauma-informed adaptations to standard IFS. Here is some of what we cover:
– Dissociation, and how to dissociate "better"—which gives choice and control - Use the trance you are in!
– Dissociative parts can show up as numb, deaf, robot, or sex-only parts. As Joanne explains, all of them have a survival purpose, and healing requires compassionate engagement—not suppression
– Hypnotic language as a tool to support engagement, symptom management, and communication with parts
– Orienting parts to the present: essential when parts are stuck in past timelines or multiple subjective realities
- Being even with affects
– How to combine IFS with phase-oriented trauma treatment to create a safe and effective model
– Using containers to hold trauma until it’s safe to process
– Creating safe spaces for parts not actively participating in a session
– Safe Space Imagery: stick around as Joanne offers a brief, guided experience - It helps parts manage overwhelming material.

Meet a wise elder talking to us about how to walk the path of integrity, heart, and spirit—tap into this conversation with Tom Soloway Pinkson, Ph.D.
Tom shares powerful insights from his newly published book: The Psychedelic Shaman: The Wisdom Warrior’s Path to Transformation (Inner Traditions), and reflects on a life devoted to sacred service, healing, and love.
Here are some of the themes we explore:
— “The most effective prisons are the ones we don’t know we’re in”
— How mainstream culture conditions us to believe in separation, which feeds fear
— The shift from being a fault-finder to becoming a love-finder
— Awakening to the truth of our interconnection
— Aloha, Alaha, and Alegría as spiritual forces
— The Wisdom Warrior: seeing truth and having the courage to act
— The constricted ego identity and how sacred plant medicines can help us transcend it
— “Being breathed” and receiving the question from life-force energy: How do you want to use me?
— Opening to inner wisdom—psychedelics are not the only path
— Vision quests and how Tom has just completed his 51st (he just turned 80)
— The Psychedelic Medicine Wheel
— Vision fast quests as rites of passage
— Dropping into gratitude rather than asking for more
— The Healing Attitudinal Principles
And much more - Tom even sings to us - and I mention a bite of astrology, but to recap, what I see most significant is his Neptun and Chiron conjunction on his ascendant. It is in the sign of libra and connects many of his themes of listening, relationships, channeling, receiving, love - It is clear to me, Mannah, that he is so connected to spirit that the highest version of these archetype comes forth in his work and books.
I am so happy you are here.

Welcome back to our conversation with Judy Tsafrir, MD & holistic adult and child psychiatrist and author of Sacred Psychiatry: Bridging the Personal and Transpersonal to Transform Health and Consciousness.
We begin by acknowledging the impossibility of healing while in a toxic relationship, explore the limbic system's role in emotional regulation, and examine chronic disease linked to mast cell activation. Finally, we delve into the concept of divine timing, noting that as this episode is published, a full moon happens with Chiron conjunct the Sun in Aries.
I truly want to honor Judy for her incredible journey, she describes in her book, having overcome a lot of hardship and today combining her technical expertise with ancient knowledge such as astrology and courageously sharing it with the world.
Have a wonderful full moon - or whenever you are listening, remember: You have a place to call Whole.

Today you’ll meet Lana Kunštek, a body-oriented and mindfulness-centered psychotherapist from Croatia, now living in Copenhagen. Lana works with embodied spirituality and facilitates dream groups. If you are like Lana says "a dreamer" yourself, you’ll probably enjoy this conversation. I (Mannah) love working with dreams, and my only regret is that I’m not able to translate the whole thing—some parts just remain unconscious to my waking self. Therefore, what we’re talking about is a window, probably not full access, and how to make that window even more clear.
Here's what we explore:
– Living in the imaginative realm
– Body-oriented psychotherapy
– The never-ending path of therapeutic training
– Letting each client teach you how to meet them
– Every person is a mystery
– Recurring dreams and what they ask of us
– The impulse of the dream character
– The overall emotional tone of the dream
– Archetypes and symbols that speak through dreams
– The dream matrix
– Being shifted by someone else’s dream
– Feeling guided by dreams
– How dreams are often direct and unmistakably clear
– Dreams that bring up shadow material
– How to get closer to what a dream symbol means to you
– The question: are we dreaming, or are we being dreamt?
– Not every dream carries the same weight
– All dream characters as aspects of yourself
– Integrating dreams into daily life
– How to interpret a dream that could easily be misunderstood
– Endless therapy trainings — and the lie that says you’re not enough without them
– Lana's storytelling (soon to be published?) also emerging from the dream realm
– The importance of not forcing oneself
– Give the work your commitment and it will grow
– Commit to your soul every single day
– The importance of how the energy moves
– Medicine or poison? Depends on the dayI hope you enjoy enjoy this conversation

“A lot of modern medicine is disempowering... any healing comes from either a pill or what the doctor says — and where am I in all of this? There’s an agent in the middle of it, and that’s where you should build from.”
This quote is from this episode by Dr. Eric (Rick) Leskowitz who is a Psychiatrist, Author, Researcher, Educator and he even has a son who is an astrologer. Rick has worked many years within pain management.
Rick shares how we traveled as a young guy and was struck by how different cultures understand health, illness, and consciousness. Medical school felt disappointing to him because it offered complex terms for things it couldn’t truly explain — like “idiopathic hypertension,” which he critiques as a way of saying “we don’t know” in impressive language. Rick got into meditation which in a way turned out to be the “gateway drug” that led him to explore such practices as yoga, energy healing, and channeling.
Rick’s field feels so resonant and easy to follow, so I let whatever’s alive in me come forward- for better or worse. (Cancer energy for relaxation!!) TAP in as we speak about:
-The story of Franz Mesmer and how early energy healing was discredited
- How mainstream medicine suppresses alternative approaches
- The shift from mesmerism to chemical anesthesia and the continued bias in science against energy and consciousness studies
- Ricks interest in the history of the unconscious (Henri Ellenberger)
- Biofields and magnetic fields
- Tapping studies show real effects — intent and precision matter - Reiki treatment on plants, the field will grow bigger.
- Rick also mention that having an MD and Harvard affiliation has opened doors for him, and I go into a bit of a tangent about how credentials influence perception, which is a drum I often beat - that the world judges on the outer not caring for the inner life.
- Mostly we talk about LIFE ENERGY and I hope you will enjoy it, because the energy from Rick is actually really warm and gentle, as I interpret it.The youtube version of this episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDHP8Erc0Qg

“The unseen world is timelessness… so we can always go to the points we need to go to, to find what is missing.” The quote is from this episode by Caitlín Matthews, who is a prolific author and spiritual teacher known for her deep work with Celtic wisdom, ancestral lineages, and the Western mystery tradition.
She has written 85 books and to this day she teaches in various traditions internationally. Caitlín's shamanic vocation emerged early, marked by her unique ability to sing between worlds and embody spirits, which she shares with us in this interview. TAP in as we speak about themes such as:
- Listening to the wisdom held in the land
- How she grew up with severe short-sightedness – which led her to develop a form of echolocation as a child, “singing into space” to sense the world around her
- Early spiritual perception – she experienced communication with nature spirits from a very young age, long before reading books
- Listening to the unseen world – not in a spiritualist sense, but through direct lived experience with spirits and unseen neighbors
- The indigenous considering the impact of decisions on future generations
- Divination and specific questions
- Knowing what we don't know
- Golden Verses of Hierocles — a 2,500-year-old Pythagorean ethical teaching on how to live for example "Honor first the immortal gods… and then the daemons, the spirits that look after you.”
- The importance of a spiritual practice and the context
- Discerning spiritual signals and to "reach through time"
- The shamanistic practice of finding the effect of that is still rolling through the family line, in ancestral healing work
- Helping people transition and why they can hold on longer
- We also talk about grieving and Caitlin says "I get so angry when people are told at work, two months after someone close has died, to ‘cheer up" - I fully agree!!
- I get to ask her a final question that for me often comes up as we speak about ancestral healing, and that is one of family estrangement. Tap in and hear all of that and more. I hope you enjoy this episode and feel like sharing it with others.

"We must shift the paradigm from one of separation and scientific materialism to one that recognizes the sacredness and interconnectedness of everything so that we will be able to live in a way that supports the thriving of life on Earth now and for future generations."(Judy Tsafrir, Sacred Psychiatry, 2024.)
In today’s episode, I speak with Judy Tsafrir – a psychiatrist for both adults and children, psychoanalyst, astrologer, and shamanic practitioner. I’m so pleased to have her on the podcast with such a groundbreaking theme. I spend much of our conversation trying to wrap my head around how psychiatry can be sacred.
Judy’s work challenges the reductionist approach of Western medicine - She writes in her book, that true healing isn’t about returning to a broken version of “normal,” but about creating space for deep transformation rooted in intuition, soul, and meaning. In this interview you will hear how she works and what she thinks of the time we are in, especially within allopathic medicine.
Here are some of the core themes we explore:
— The limits of conventional psychiatry, which often ignores the body’s innate intelligence, fails to seek root causes, and disconnects healing from the sacred.
— Why Judy does not support what is going on today in psychiatry, yet the importance of diagnosing
— Her identity as a “Chironic psychiatrist,” embracing the archetype of the wounded healer and the major turning point for her at her Chiron Return
— The existential void created by a materialist worldview and how this contributes to alienation and hopelessness.
— The role of astrology in providing a framework for understanding oneself
— Holistic weaning from psychiatric medications
— Using food as medicine versus relying on pharmaceutical pills
— The range of healing modalities Judy works with, including shamanic practices, energy healing, and meditationThis conversation is a powerful reflection of a new way to view and treat psychological wounds - I hope you enjoy it and learn a little something new!

My guest today is a colleague in evolutionary astrology and an inspired author. Elisa Robyn has had an eclectic career and now finds herself an author against all odds. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and two Master’s degrees—one in Geology and one in Jewish Mysticism. I found her because of this article: https://archive.org/details/judaismandevolutionaryastrology
In this conversation, we talk about how she got to where she is today and how she navigated her different passions. We also discuss the many forms meditation can take, the tendency to juggle multiple disciplins, and how Elisa Robyn serves as a mentor of hope, also now in the stressful collective energy. She emphasizes the importance of paradox - holding both sides. Listen in to meet an inspiring Aquarius person, speaking of flow, her passion of writing, tools to open up consciousness, pluto transits and just chilling with me in this time of transition collectively. Tap into the Shaman's Mind with me and discover a hidden truth—the realm of the Gods. Jonathan Hammond is the author of The Shaman's Mind: Huna Wisdom to Change Your Life. He is a spiritual teacher, and in this chapter of TAP, we speak about such a relevant and transformative perspective on the nature of life, to put it like that. It is about our connection to nature and the nature of who we really are.
It is about healing our divisions, changing the limiting material in the unconscious mind, ancient ways, and the understanding that we are all connected (unity consciousness).
Her are some of the points we engage in:
There is not one path We undervalue the power of our mind because we can enter into different realities Everything is alive and has personhood (animism) Choice is a magical power Hoʻoponopono The problem is lighting the way like a directional energy Memorized patterns that are antithetical to our growth The inner child left alone to do the work of accessing magic Imagine a reality and give it legitimacy The problem is that we bail! Trauma is life blindsiding us Destabilizing us into something we have not yet experienced (Pluto?) In the astrology section, we speak of Pluto in Virgo in the 12th house, and I hear that symbolism when Jonathan speaks of service, the feeling of "should"/duty (Virgo), and toxicity being exposed (Pluto) publicly, as well as Jonathan feeling his work is somehow about to reach more people (12th house of the public) Nature is self-interested yet gives to all Indigenous mind that holds both self and collective awareness as we co-evolve Gaia is always moving toward evolution Befriend urges—desires that are part of our soul purpose To work on behalf of Self The idea of humans having dominion over the earth Separation from nature versus the shamanic mind of relationship with the natural world Mind virus The earth evolving to become aware of itself Earth beings in an interdependent world The importance of cooperation Our intrinsic power Mana No one can override your felt sense and truth The three ways of power and why not to send the power up To not care what other people think Our individual essence needs expression, so do not betray that! Nature only wants to be itself Collectively, the nodes are stationed at 27 degrees of Virgo-Pisces, ready for eclipses. In Evolutionary Astrology, the lunar nodes represent our soul's evolutionary path, so what service is drawing you in? A sick culture exposing itself Using your gifts as a lightworker to usher in this special time The Age of Aquarius—we are right at the beginning of it, which is why we are so polarized Spirituality, trauma healing, neurodivergence, and non-binary identities in the public eye To not fit within the old consensus paradigm The new leadership To get out from under the oppression Know you are that! And contribute to the organismI hope you have the time for being with us in the whole of this episode, and if you feel more, check out the links below.

I am so glad to meet with Matthew David Segall, whose podcast's name refers to this quote from Whitehead: “The safest general characterization of the European philosophical tradition is that it consists of a series of footnotes to Plato.” Matt is a philosopher, and if you start to follow his work on Substack, podcast, or newsletters, you will realize he is very productive and helpful in elevating our perspective. Aquarius yes.
In this interview, we begin by discussing his article on time, but it is soon disrupted, as we are recording on a Gemini Moon, leading us in different directions. Particularly, this is because I, Mannah, cannot hold back with interpretations of Matt's archetypes in his birth chart.
Tap in as we speak about:
-Being sensitive to the texture of time
-Astrology as an important source of orientation
-A more cosmologically grounded civilization
-The nature of time Psycho-technology
-No moment is the same, yet the calendar repeats every year
-Time as mysterious
-Time as based on planetary movements rather than the artificial clock
-An Aquarian outlook
-How we can't keep becoming bigger, better, and faster
-Learning how to live more simply, yet fulfilling
-When making the machine more efficient is the priority
-The need to downsize/degrowth
-On the verge of collapse Ideas generated from friction
-How new technologies can be set up to extract wealth
-The eighth house (transformation because of facing our limitations) & Cancer (integration emotionally) rising—interpretations from my heart
-Cancer also being about internal rhythms, the past/history and well-developed imagination I feel this natural and warm energy is with us in this interview - at the expense of some of my deeper questions perhsps, because Matt quickly mentions teh 3 gods I wanted to talk about, but his cancer energy has the intended effect on me - I mean I think it is cancers intention for others to be themselves- and I end up forgetting to interview, and just sharing and being curios from a very personal place
- One part of me (Mannah) recognizes Matt's work in the world almost as its own soul fulfillment. As I felt that - what I call my soul recognizing itself - and I examined myself, it seemed like a past life thing, because in this life it is surely not my destiny to be a philosopher in that sense, where most of my time is spend in social work these days.. There is a grief, it seems, not from who I call "I", but from one part of me, who used to walk the path of a pilgrim or philosopher - a past life memory. There could be many other explanations for that deep surging fire or that internal burning that Matt Segalls work is sparking in me (this is meant in a very positive sense) -could it be - like he speaks about in the end with the series Severance- that the cage of the material structures is just not enough and tapping into footnotes2plato is just like discovering the depth of ones own spirit, As though looking from the trivial routine-cage, which is somehow also needed for parts of us (the earthy part), glimpsing philosophy's way of making connections into deep, reflective understanding through dialoging just works like a magnet when you have a quest for meaning that also needs satisfaction. However, to me, it seems like a very real past-life attraction too!
- Why astrology and therapy are a good idea to combine if you want to be truly seen in a very dynamic way, as ever evolving into your higher potential
-What Matt Segall cares about these days and how knowing contrast leads to a deeper understanding
-Bringing science and spirituality together without losing what’s good about them separately
-Corrupt governance showing us a need for the old system to come to an end
-The concern about repeating history
-Rudolf Steiner as a philosopher to bring in during these times and his 3 main spheres
-The cultural life
- Plutonian quality to expose truth
I am so glad that Matthew David Segall & Footnotes2Plato exists — If you get something out of this conversation, you may want to see the links to continue on with:

Such a wonderful episode you are about to hear! Meet David Polidi, who is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), EMDR certified therapist, consultant-in-training, and IFS therapist. He has such great compassion, which I feel comes through in every episode of his own podcast, Empowered Through Compassion: EMDR and IFS Informed Therapy, and now right here on TAP!! He is also a true eclectic like myself - we Sagittarius moon people will know!
Enjoy as we talk about synthesizing IFS and EMDR. This conversation will make the most sense if you have some knowledge of those frameworks. After the call, I realized that from the very beginning, we had been talking about Chiron in Aries, as this is the title David Polidi uses for his podcast, website, and business. It is activated for him in this time which we talk about in the end of the interview, but also, in general, it is at the top of his chart, influencing his public profile. Chiron in Aries is exactly what he is talking about in his description of strength.
Listen in as we speak about:
— Tunnels that intersect and the treasure in the center
- Helping clients find the truth within
— The internal landscape
— The spiritual core of the healing work
— Memory reconsolidation
— Healing the world through therapy
— Chronic pain and EMDR
— Parts in roles as helpers — potentially coming up when the client’s theme hits home for the therapist
— The fire drill
— The wounded healer (amazingly, I find that the whole conversation was filled with this archetype?!?)
— Helping parts relax back
— Somatic understanding of how the body is trying to communicate with you
— When you or clients are activated / feel pain after BLS
— Healing is not linear
— SUD — problems with checking the data (from Mannah’s point of view)
— The Syzygy Model
— Tapping into self-qualities
— Working with protectors and their levels of urge
— Is it: How do I feel now, or how did I feel back then?
— Chiron in Aries, which is potentially also about breaking free from external authority — and doing it with strength from the inside out - and in the tenth house of career it also signifies working with populations that are somehow different or the odd one out
— David’s great references to movies and the dystopian views of the past playing out in the present
— How characters in pop culture are inside us all from an archetypal perspectiveI hope you felt this interview and meeting of hearts.

Today, we continue where we left off in Part One with Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Michael Smith from Soma Dao Qigong. In this conversation, he shares with us the six common ways we experience overwhelm—and, most importantly, what we can do to navigate and heal from it- which are instinctually, viscerally, intuitively, emotionally, egoically, and existentially.
I, Mannah, bring in reflections on the archetype of Pisces, and as you may know, this energy is not just about heightened sensitivity and the risk of overwhelm, but also about profound healing and deep compassion. I recommend this episode anytime you feel overstimulated or fatigued or losing sleep - there is a way to shift states, because maybe what has happened is that we are back in the past, at a nervous system level. Dr. Michael Smith offers powerful imagery and associations to help us break free from the grind- with great generosity, he guides us through methods and exercises to support healing -Let yourself have this one.
Join us as we explore:
Times of Piscean closure and how we are affected by that energy Dreams and how they were revered in other cultures Whether something beyond us orchestrates the messages we receive in dreams How to heal from the symptoms of overwhelm Why working with our earliest traumas is essential Metaphors around the horse, rider, and binoculars Trauma therapy and that the only way is healing the woundI truly hope you enjoyed this conversation as much as I did. Do you wonder if you are living your calling? According to my guest today, the greatest crime against the universe is not living one's calling. Meet Pamela Eakins, author of over 20 books, PhD in sociology, and founder of the Pacific Mystery School.
I highly recommend this interview—I was inspired from beginning to end, and if you're curious about the tarot, I think you will be too. Pamela Eakins published a tarot deck when there were only seven tarot decks on the market and just two publishing presses producing them. In this episode I mention how her writings speak to my right brain - what I mean to say is that the content is guiding my soul, it resonates deeply and I can come closer to the sea of deep consciousness. Like Pamela Eakins writes in Tarot of the Spirit: "The objective of working with tarot, whether as oracle, spiritual path or meditative tool, is to attain a sublime integration of internal contradictory elements in order to transcend conflict or conditioned response patterns and move into a state of inner peace and deep awareness of our true identity"
Here are some of the topics we go into in our conversation:
Desire – In the book Tarot of the Spirit, Pamela Eakins writes: "There is desire to move, desire to know, desire to change, desire to grow, desire to fill up the Void of Life with mystery... No one imbues us with this desire. Desire sprouts and blooms of its own accord, in its own time..... Desire is the only medium strong enough to bind the scholar to that which is studied"
Aquarian ideas/Visionary cosmology/The universe/Sociology/
New paradigm – different ways of knowing, eventually leading us to the field of neurodivergence and being cosmologically divergent
How the Tarot of the Spirit represents the Western Mystery Tradition’s knowledge
How we are made of stars and the universe is within us
The universe at the cutting edge of its existence
Mystical imagination
How to know if your calling aligns with a higher purpose rather than being a result of trauma adaptation
Pamela Eakins' experience of war and how it changed her
The origins of the Tarot of the Spirit for Pamela – a card game
Compromising an academic career to follow spiritual awakening – without knowing what she was doing
Taking big leaps
How tarot has been shamed – as Pamela says, it often happens to those who threaten the system
The sun card – making everything transparent, leading to spiritual realization
The reason why the cards you draw are always the right ones
Pamela’s interpretation of the 1 to 3 cards
The chariot and the karma card interpretated
Trust you are on the right place at the right time To be DRAWN in - not just being led by passion but finding synchronicityIn the end, Pamela answers several questions at once, using the cards and drawing three for us as a collective. Don’t miss that part—there’s real wise download being shared.
Note: Pamela mentions the Salem witch trials but accidently says the another year. The correct years are 1692-1693.

So glad to be joined by my podcast colleague, Sheila Bélanger, who also works with astrology in a healing way. In fact, she weaves together archetypal astrology, depth psychology, and shamanic wisdom. She shares with me exactly how she does it—and I love it! For example, she explains how she uses Chiron in inner healing work with generational trauma and how Process Work, as an awareness-shifting model, integrates beautifully with astrology.
Sheila Bélanger is living on the edge in more ways than one—and my Eighth House planets kind of love that.
Topics we cover:
— Transformative integration of astrology, shamanism, and depth psychology
— What do we actually see in the birth chart? Is it the person’s identity, soul, or current life initiations?
— The levels of Chiron: personal wound-gift, generational, and shadow
— What is Process Work Psychology as developed by Arnold Mindell?
— What this year is about collectively (2025)Find links to Sheila Bélanger here:

Justin Wesenberg channels poetry, and there is a unique story behind how that began. As an author of more than ten books, a meditation teacher, and a spiritual guide, he shares in this episode of TAP how his spiritual awakening set him on a path of service. After years of seeking, he experienced a profound kundalini awakening that transformed his entire life. Now, he seeks to inspire others to find true freedom and deepen their connection with all that is. In the fire of transformation all will dissolve, until only love remains. His books include:
Ascension: The Path to Liberation
Kundalini: The Energy of Awakening
Yoga: The Science of Self-Realization
Unity: The Evolution of Consciousness
Samadhi: The Divine Light
Shiva: The Fire of Transformation
Gaia: Rise of the Goddess
Quantum: A New Reality
The Sacred Nine: Wisdom of the Ancients
Gnosis: Knowledge of SelfJust so you get an idea about the topics he is engaged in. In this interview he shares his awakening experience, the integration time after and how it influences his connection to the universe now plus the promise he made to Shiva. It is beautiful and very inspiring and I think it is meant to be shared with all of us.
We also talk about elevation, because that is huge in his birth chart. When you have the Sun in the 11th house* of broad awareness, high values, progressive ideas, then you will have the need for elevating standards of life - your personal but also on a global level. You can have insights that can really solve problems with this signature. Justin is a cancer Sun, so in this episode we also speak of FEELING the truth - this is the experience you can have from reading or listening to poetry.

*There is of course more to his chart, there always is more, than I can communicate in an interview where we touch on it lightly - even a lot more to the 11th house but in broad terms it is the higher awareness, it is the personal creativity, strong desire for emancipation and enlightened way of life, and also that tendency we speak about in the end to constantly refine ones creative expression. With Cancer there I feel it is the water from above, like music.
** One more thing: I do say something like "what the planets are doing to us" and of course this is not accurate exactly - but let's go into the more philosophical debate another time.
