Today on Nation I want to talk about increasing your close rate on your window cleaning bids. Yes pricing your window cleaning is important. But actually getting them to book is the only thing that matters. If they book with you, you have started the process and shut out any competition. If you don't book the job, then it didn't matter if you were cheap, expensive, or the best choice. It wasn't closed and you wasted time, and so did the customer. A lot of people dont think its their skills that either close or not, but the “cheaper” window cleaner. Don't have excuses…just be better!

Today at nation we’re talking all about the things that don’t work. There are more ways to waste money than to actually invest it in yourself. And for some reason window cleaners want to prove it to themselves. But I’m telling you, over the past 20 years and talking to probably thousands of window cleaners, I know the things that don’t work 99.9% of the time. There’s no reason to reinvent the wheel, if somebody’s already tried it. I think that knowing what does not work is sometimes more valuable than knowing the things that do work.
