What to Gain For Your Brain is a series of podcasts dedicated to understanding vitamin D’s specific effect on the brain in the context of stroke risk and rehabilitation, how implementing small daily lifestyle changes such as maintaining adequate levels of vitamin D can produce beneficial long-term results, and the social and economic factors that may influence stroke risk or vitamin D status.
