Would you recognise the signs of anxiety in your child? Do you know your child feels loved? Are you willing to slow down and listen to your child when they speak? Do you know the love language that your child (or partner) needs? In this final podcast of the series, Stuart and I discuss all of this and more, we have some hard questions that need to be asked but it's never too late to change. I always come away thinking about so much when I chat with Stuart, this podcast I found so helpful on many levels - not just with my kids but for myself also. Please listen and share!! Sending out all the love! (make sure you find out what your love language is!!)

Bringing Series 2 to a close with 2 podcasts from Stuart Wilson of Zestlife. We had such a huge response from our last chat about children and teens we decided to sit down again. For the first podcast of 2, we are talking about Disordered Eating - how common it is and what happens if we don't get control of it quickly. Stuart has seen a huge rise in this area - girls and boys (1 in 4 showing signs) and how this emotional eating behaviour can lead to a more series Eating Disorder condition. We talk about signs to watch out for - the pressure our children and teens are facing today with social media and how we can start off a conversation to help them. This podcast leads into next week's final chat talking about Anxiety and Peer Pressure in children and teenagers. Please share this podcast with anyone you think may benefit, you never know who you might be helping.
For further information on this topic - please listen to Podcast 2 of this series with Aveen Bannon Dietitian.
