After hours of being questioned at the Van Buren, Arkansas police department on November 8th 2018 Patti Stroud with the sheriff's office brings Eva her phone & allows her to call her adoptive mother Connie Rosenthawl.
Connie would not allow Eva to stay with her because she had foster kids in the home.It's been over 7 hours & still no one has done a death notification to the Soto family.
