  • Back with another episode of The Refined and Rowdy Show, Mandie and Danae sit down to talk about several topics including the weird encounter between Danae and a potential home buyer in Alabama, Mandie having her caution flags up when it comes to certain situations, the differences between the two of them (driving, schooling, family dynamics), Danae's infamous country sayings, how to handle people who mistreat animals and elderly people and much more. They open up their conversation talking about Danae's season as the "Lawn Queen." During this time, she took care of all aspects of maintaining a beautiful yard (spraying, mowing, weed eating) until things got hectic and it became easier to hire out for lawn care. As the conversation progresses, they come to the topic of basements. During this part of the conversation, Danae tells a story of the time she was showing a house and the creepy guy who was interested ends up getting her in the basement to show her some men could have bad intentions. Then they discuss the differences between the two of them, starting off with each approach to driving. While they both learned to drive before the age of 15, Danae was able to drive her parent's Kawaski Mule at the age of 8. This leads Danae to bring up a story of a time where she went to a local gas station for beef jerky and the clerk she encountered had so much eye shadow on that Danae said it looked like her gaul bladder busted on her eye lids which is one of Danae's country sayings. They continue their conversation about the vast differences of schooling starting with the lunchroom. While Danae did the same thing throughout her time in school (goes through the lunch line, gets her meal, pays and sit down to eat) Mandie packed her lunch from elementary through middle school. She was able to go off campus for lunch in high school and eat at restaurants. Next, they recall their times in college where Danae attended The University of Alabama and Mandie went to a private school in downtown Seattle (Seattle University). They open about their majors, experience and the overall college life as softball players. As the episode progresses, they touch on the topic of family life. They bring up a story where the first time Danae was around Mandie's family, she saw Mandie have a disagreement with her mom and brothers and immediately had anxiety thinking the family was falling apart; but that is just how Mandie's family handles situations. As for Danae and her family, her parents had the final say so. This leads to a short conversation about how people who are mean to animals and elderly people need to be whipped or punched in the face. Lastly, Danae mentions some of her favorite country sayings to end another exciting episode.

  • Mandie and Danae are back with another episode of the Refined and Rowdy Show! They get right into a recap of their vacation to the 30A. From getting pizza for dinner, three nights in a row to relaxing on the beach reading Steven King novels and rom-coms on the kindle and much more. As their conversation progresses, they talk about a time at a Range Rover dealership where the salesman wanted them to know he lived next to Bill Ray Cyrus and has a ton of stories about the country singer. This leads them into briefly talking about how Danae wants to make a country comedy album that everyone can relate to. Next, they talk about the idea and process of Danae's top 5 hit "Rode Hard." Although the song reached number six on iTunes and number 5 on country iTunes, there was still some hate received. This is where Mandie and Danae open up about dealing with the haters, being scared to just do what you want and living in a world where people feel they are going to be constantly judged for trying something new. They also talk about how Mandie felt Danae was her biggest critic at one point when Mandie wanted to turn social media into her livelihood but Danae did not think there was stability in doing so. They further their conversation of the topic about pursuing new things but still having those who doubt or hate on you. This portion of their conversation touches on themes like facing criticism and hurtful comments from strangers on the internet, the importance of surrounding oneself with positive and supportive individuals, and the difficulty of sharing one's true emotions and personality on social media. They also mention that not everything in their lives is made public, and they maintain a level of privacy despite their public personas. Furthermore, this episode explores the complexities of being a public figure on social media, addressing both the challenges and decisions they face when it comes to sharing personal aspects of their lives and dealing with online negativity.

  • On the first episode of their new podcast, Mandie and Danae sit down for a conversation that gives their audience insight on who they are, their upbringings in California and Alabama, how they met through Instagram, the birth of the viral Tik Tok sensation Sharon Jean and so much more.
