Yannick appeared on the show a couple of weeks ago and spoke openly about his challenge with coping with mental health and raising and autistic son.
It’s such a pleasure for him to agree to come back onto the show, I feel that there is a lot to be said for listening to people that have life experiences. Sometimes all we need is to know that we are not alone, and that no matter what your situation is, there is always an olive branch of support out there.

Gershom Allen aka Doctor G the love motivator is a master practitioner at enabling people to be the best they can be by speaking positive words directly into their lives.
We all know that the times we are living in are hard enough as it is, and we all need that extra push to keep going.
We are hearing that people are suffering with mental health and other traumas related to the impact of COVID. There has never been a better time for a positive outlook on life. Every time I listen to him, I feel that there is a greater purpose not just for me, but for us all.
Gershom’s outlook on life is simple. Push through the pain.
For many of us that pain may seem overwhelming, but he teaches us that if you push hard enough, you will see the rewards

Empowering young people and changing lives David is part of an organisation called P4YE which is run by four friends tired of talking about the challenges that some of our Youth are facing, so they decided to do something about it.
P4YE work closely with the police and statutory bodies as the bridge between the authorities and the young people and families they engage with.
David also engages and speaks to young people in their language which is a massive facet of building a bond and trust.
His approach is that one size does not fit all and this is why they create bespoke services for each of the young people they work with.
David is passionate about building a better community. During COVID David and the team have been delivering food parcels within the community making sure the vulnerable and the homeless are looked after during these difficult times.
The organisation has featured on BBC London Radio, LBC and the Croydon Guardian. During these hard times David and his team continue to mentor and support young people and their families by delivering online workshops that help to empower them.
