I look a lot at what it all means for who's currently set to be the favourites in Paris and also some dark horse potential.
But don't worry, I will of course still do a proper preview episode for the Olympics when we get closer to it's start.

Hi all,
Although we are a couple of days into Uber & Thomas Cup already, here is my preview episode!
I don't find the group stage very exciting, so that's why I'm focusing this preview on the final stage of the event, where things are a lot more unpredictable.
I also spend a bit of time talking about Kento Momota, who will retire at the end of this event. So tune in to hear what my dream is for him!
I hope you'll enjoy the episode and the final stages of Thomas and Uber Cup!

As promised here's an episode focused on the very intense battles for Olympic qualification which will basically finish next week at the European, Pan Am and Asian Championships.
There's a couple of Future Series events left after that, but they won't have any effect on the battles I mention in this episode.
So tune in if you want to become a little wiser on how the qualifying rules work and which players to keep an extra eye on for the continental championships next week. There's some interesting stuff in all 5 disciplines!
Happy to hear your feedback, both positive and negative.

Hi everyone,
In this episode, which has been available on patreon.com/vittinghus for a few days as a video podcast, I'm interviewing Raphael Sachetat, the founder of Solibad, a charity organization that uses badminton to create programs and help underprivileged children around the world.
I'm sure most of you, if not all, are already aware of Solibad and how fund I am of supporting them. So it was about time to get Raphael on to talk a bit deeper about the background of the charity and the work they do.
Raphael shares his background as a journalist and photographer in the badminton industry and explains how Solibad started. We talk about the Solibad projects in Bekasi, Indonesia, and also in Madagascar, where they provide support and opportunities for children in need.
We also talk about Solibad Days, a fun(d)raising event that aims to raise awareness and funds for the organization.
I hope you all find it interesting and if you want to donate or just learn more about the amazing work they all do, please go visit solibad.net. Remember 100% of all donations go directly to supporting the projects. All administrative fees are covered privately by the amazing volunteers behind Solibad!
Enjoy everyone!

This episode goes through some of the answers All England provided us with last week - with special focus on the questions I asked in the latest episode.
I also offer an update on some of the most interesting battles for Olympic qualification in all 5 disciplines.
So tune in to hear my thoughts - and I already have to apologise for not talking about Marin winning her second AE title. The first one in 9 years and after having had two big knee surgeries! Not sure how I forgot to mention this on the episode, but it's some truly inspiring stuff! Big game player for sure.
Enjoy everyone!

Here's an update from this week as promised. A day late as I had trouble uploading the file yesterday, so I apologise for that.
Therefore I also talk about a league match in France from yesterday as if it is yet to be played - as I did record the episode before we played. We won the match 7-1 :-)
I also give you some info on the rest of the upcoming week or so which will be very busy and also a lot of fun with plenty of league matches and my final international tournament which will be the Norwegian International.
Tune in to hear all about it!

Hi guys,
Here's a live episode recorded during the BWF Coaching Conference in Copenhagen back in August.
It's a real interesting chat to two amazing former players Ra Kyung Min & Christinna Pedersen.
Both have some incredible accolades like being former world no. 1's and having won medal at both the Olympics and World Championships.
Most of the talk is about their experience with coaches and coaching throughout their careers, which I found really interesting to hear about.
So hopefully you guys will as well.

Hi everyone,
Here's as promised my preview of the World Championships in Copenhagen next week.
I'm previewing the mixed doubles as my supporters on patreon.com/vittinghus voted for that one and of course the men's singles as that is without doubt my favourite discipline - of course :-)
I got to get a one-hour hit in the stadium yesterday as well, so in the episode I'll also reveal what kind of playing conditions I expect. The arena and set-up looks absolutely amazing by the way!
Anyway, give it a listen and get to know what matches I'm particuarly looking forward to and also my guesses for the full podium finishers in both XD and MS!
Enjoy and thanks for listening,
