Copia Global is a Kenyan based e-commerce platform that primarily serves the rural market. It takes orders via mobile phones and delivers them to small shops that operate as a distribution center. The company raised $50 million in its latest round and is in the process of raising further funds for expansion into West Africa as well as introducing new fintech product lines.
