We all lead our lives under authority, but we must be conscious of which authority weâre choosing. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses how our lives should look under authority of the King, drawing from biblical examples including Jonah, Moses, and Abraham. We all need the humility to say, âI am under the authority of the King. I have raised my hand, and I'm going to run my race, complete my course, and I will not stop. In the name of Jesus, I will finish triumphantly!â Living a life fully under Godâs authority will bring freedom, but it also requires obedience to Him and a heart change.

Christ-followers need clarity about who we serve and who our boss isâbecause if weâre honest, many of us act as our own boss. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses spiritual authority and how where we place our allegiance and trust impacts every part of our lives. It influences our future more than nationality, education, or genetics. We must decide who our boss is and understand that refusing to yield to Godâs authority is choosing rebellion. The God we worship asks us to love Him with undivided hearts. When we submit to Him as the true authority and make Jesus Lord over our lives, hope and healing come.

The greatest authority and power available to any person is a relationship with Almighty God. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson reminds us that true authority comes from God, and He requires us to submit to His will. Using Jesus as the ultimate model, Pastor Allen highlights Christâs obedience and humilityâeven unto deathâas the foundation of His divine authority. We live in a culture that resists authority, and rejecting Godâs authority will continue to invite judgment and diminish the Churchâs influence in the world. But when Christ-followers choose to recognize God as the ultimate Boss and decide to follow Him, lives are changedâincluding our own!

We serve God best when we have more confidence in Him than the things that frighten us. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the despair and hopelessness Jesusâ friends experienced on Easter, how they overcame that discouragementâand how we can, too. Apostles Thomas and Peter both stumbled in their faith after years of walking with Jesus, but He didnât let them sit in their shame. Pastor Allen shows how Jesus took His friendsâ burdens and replaced them with hope and courage, and he invites us to the same relationship with our Savior. The Church in the earth needs to be reawakened to the holiness of God, and that begins with us deciding to honor Him with our lives.

Just like all those involved in the Easter story, weâve been given the opportunity to participate with Jesus in His Kingdom. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses four characters involved with Jesusâ trial and crucifixion who missed the invitation to a better future: the high priest Caiaphas, Pontius Pilate, Judas Iscariot, and the Roman soldiers. They all believed something else, like money, power, or status, was more important than Godâs invitation. We have the same choice to make. Will we be deceived by the world, or will we have the courage to answer Jesusâ call on our lives?

Even though Jesus told his followers exactly what was going to happen, they were still shocked to find His tomb empty on Easter morning. What are we misinterpreting about events in the earth today? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the disciplesâ misunderstanding at Jesusâ empty grave, the confusion present in the Church today, and three truths we can rely on when things get disorienting. He shares these foundational ideas: Jesus is unique, the grace and mercy of the gospel lead us to repentance, and we have been forgiven. Our culture is becoming increasingly deceptive, but God is moving like never beforeâand we can trust in Him!

Jesus came to Jerusalem less than a week before His crucifixion with a purpose: to give His people clarity and prepare them for the season ahead. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses Jesusâ time in Jerusalem before His death and resurrection. He teaches from the Gospels of Matthew and Luke, walking through the opposition Jesus faced from the religious elite and the instructions He left for His followers on awareness and generosity. Pastor Allen also shares Jesusâ teaching on avoiding the strangling love of money that can take root in our hearts. Like Jesusâ disciples in the first century, we are called to stay alert and be prepared for Jesusâ return, working diligently in the assignments He has given us and furthering our Lordâs Kingdom in the earth.

When Jesus entered Jerusalem triumphantly on Palm Sundayâthe Sunday before His crucifixionâthere were three groups of people reacting to His arrival: the disciples, the crowd, and the adversaries. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses Palm Sunday from Matthew, Luke, and Johnâs individual perspectives. He teaches about the difference between each group of peopleâs reaction to Jesusâ ministry. The disciples were all-in for the Lord. The crowds were eager to support when it was easy, but their minds could be swayed. The opposing people, the religious leaders in Jerusalem, wanted Jesus gone. These groups still exist today, and we need to decide how weâll respond to Jesus. Like those on the first Palm Sunday, letâs determine to welcome Him into our towns, homes, and lives.
