Tom Kerridge is the incredibly popular and loveable chef patron at the extraordinary two Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers pub in Marlow, which he opened with wife Beth in 2005.
It was quite a moment for Michelin when the second star was awarded, and some say quite controversial. The world’s culinary press descended on Marlow following the announcement and discovered a special venue, team and chef there.

He went onto become head baker at some of the most exclusive hotels including Cliveden, Chester Grosvenor and The Dorchester where he gained a reputation as an innovator and one of the country’s finest artisan bakers.

Chef Anthony Boyd was born in Cardiff, Wales, where he inherited an interest in cooking from his mother who trained to be a chef.
He’s career took off after moving to London in 1994 to work in the kitchen of restaurant Chez Bruce. After progressing through the kitchen brigade, Chef Anthony moved to The Square in London’s West End in 1997, working as part of a team that earned the restaurant two Michelin stars. In 1999, Chef Anthony gained the position of Head Chef at The Glasshouse in Richmond, with responsibility for managing and training a brigade of ten chefs. The Glasshouse earned a Michelin star in 2002 with Chef Anthony in command of the kitchen. After 11 successful years, during which time he cooked for the British ambassador to the EU, Chef Anthony moved to the Michelin starred La Trompette in 2010, with control over a kitchen brigade of 14 chefs.
Chef Anthony’s culinary knowledge and expertise was called upon by the Young Chef of the Year Competition, who invited him to judge the award between 2004 and 2008.
Chef Anthony joined Le Cordon Bleu’s team of Cuisine Teaching Chefs in 2013.

Lucy Young has worked in the wonderful business of cooking for over 20 years. She is Cordon Bleu trained and for the last 20 years has worked with the acclaimed cookery writer Mary Berry, testing recipes, and teaching at her AGA Workshops. Mary Berry describes her as 'a truly exceptional cook' and she is an important part of the recipe development for all Mary's books.

Mary Berry CBE is the doyenne of family cookery, specialising in Aga cookery and cakes and desserts. Her television career has spanned more than four decades, and she has written over 40 best-selling cookery books.
After training at the infamous Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at Bath School of Home Economics, by the 1960s Mary was the cookery editor of Housewife magazine, and her success there lead her to a role as food editor for Ideal Home magazine.

Peter has been a chef for 17 years, graduating from Beverley College in Yorkshire, before going on to work in several of the very best hotels in York and learning his trade. He then went on to travel in Europe, cooking his way around the continent. The bright lights of the big city were tempting for a while, but having furthered his training on the London restaurant scene, he decided that he’d like to get back to his roots to work on a passion of his; baking.

Sabrina Ghayour's first book Persiana won the Observer Food Monthly Award for 'Best New Cook Book 2014' and The Evening Standard named Sabrina as one of '1000 Most Influential People in London'. Sabrina’s second book Sirocco will be published by Octopus Books in May 2016.
Iranian born Sabrina Ghayour is a self-taught cook and food writer who hosted the hugely popular ‘Sabrina’s Kitchen’ supper club at her home in London, specialising in Persian and Middle Eastern flavours. Sabrina was named by The Observer Newspaper as one of the ‘Rising Stars of 2014’, and her first book Persiana was published by Octopus Books in May.

His passion for the subject dates from his student days at Oxford University, where he won tasting competitions at a precociously early age.

After gaining a formal hospitality education in France, Matthieu Longuère moved to England in 1994 to launch a career that would see him hold senior sommelier positions in the country’s leading hotels and restaurants.
Between 1996 and 1999 he worked at the five-star Lucknam Park Country House Hotel, becoming Head Sommelier for their Michelin-star restaurant. From there he moved to luxury boutique hotel Hotel du Vin, Bristol, as Head Sommelier. During this time he also completed Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma.
