We all have been consumed by regret at some point in time. We play stories in our minds and criticise ourselves for decisions that we take. This regretful self talk can dwindle your focus and can harm your relationships, personally and at work. While regret is a negative emotion, a shift in perspective can turn this negative emotion into something positive. In this episode we discuss just that and learn how to use regret and negative self talk to our benefit.
Thank you for listening!
Yours,
Reetika

As an emerging economy, India is a go to place for several global brands. However, its cultural diversity acts as a challenge for these brands. Commercialised categories such as F&B and FMCG are influenced by local associations, regional behaviours and local tastes, all of these have to be accounted for while developing branding & marketing strategies. In this episode hosts Reetika & Arjun discuss how Indian culture effects marketing and branding strategies for global brands with examples. We also talk about the importance of understanding culture and employing a hybrid/local strategy instead of employing reginocentric strategy.
We hope you find this episode helpful.
Sincerely,

Music is everywhere. It’s the beat that keeps us bopping, its our escape from reality and it’s something we either choose to wind down or turn up too. But have we ever stopped and wondered, why does music affect us the way it does, and does it affect our reality or our behaviour in any way?
Join Arjun as he explores why certain kind of music makes us groove, the role of music in understanding cultures, its influence on our minds and its importance in advertising.

I am here, I am now, I am real, come embrace me â George Elerick
George is a behavioural experimentalist and the founder of Nudge Culture. He is a movie buff, an adventure junkie and a stand up comedian.
George is one of those people who have accepted and embraced his traumatic experiences and he has armed himself with his vulnerability, like his super power, which he then uses to help people navigate through their trauma. He believes that speaking about traumatic experiences should not be limited to celebrities or people with platforms. Instead more people, like you and me should talk about their trauma in an attempt to help those who struggle with their mental health.
In this episode, we talk about how trauma is subjective and varies from person to person, and why we should be talking about it. Make no mistake people, trauma is real and it needs to be talked about. We also discuss the intersection between trauma and behavioural science, and see how you can use nudges to help yourself overcome your fears and begin your journey towards healing yourself.
We hope you find this episode helpful.
Sincerely,
Arjun & Reetika
