Wells is the senior category manager for Dishcare at Bosch and part of the team that produces Bosch's famed dishwashers, known for their quality, design, and quietness. The Bosch team recently released its new PowerControl™ spray arm technology that enables a targeted intensive wash from anywhere in the bottom rack – no matter where the dishes are loaded. Innovations like PowerControl are the product of meticulous planning and testing from designers and engineers.

For technicians and engineers, the greatest job satisfaction often comes from taking on the most challenging problems.
Today, some of the most stubborn problems can be found in heavy industry, particularly "hard to decarbonize" sectors like steel, cement and heavy trucking. That's where Matt Thorington comes in.
Matt is an Engineering Manager for fuel cell systems at Bosch. He leads a team facing the problem head-on through the development of hydrogen technologies: fuel cells that provide power using hydrogen, and systems that produce hydrogen itself. The systems produce hydrogen through electrolysis, or the splitting of water into hydrogen and oxygen — like a fuel cell in reverse.

Aakhilesh Singhania loves an intense situation. And these come hard and fast in his job as a senior applications engineer with Bosch Motorsport. His work often places him on the side of a racetrack, giving professional teams technical and safety assistance on the fly.
Aakhilesh works on the Le Mans Daytona hybrid (LMDh) vehicles which are North America's first hybrid-powered prototype race cars competing in the International Motor Sports Association's Grand Touring Prototype (GTP) class.

Steven Brohl is a software engineer who went from the neighborhood computer repair guy to playing a crucial role in the RideCare Solutions group at Bosch in Plymouth, MI.
RideCare products give owners of ride share fleets and ride-hailing cars more control over their vehicles and create a safer operating environment. RideCare devices do things like detect the presence of smoke or the number of passengers in a car, log damage events, record and save video footage in the cloud, and send reports to the owner.

Rich Nesbitt is the Head of Marketing and Business Strategy for Product Managment for the Bosch Chassis Division in North America.
Rich is an Engineer by trade and found his path through tragic events in his youth that drove him to work to make the roads safer for all of us. Being the fastest and best driver on the track is Greg Vandersluis’ goal when he races.
Helping out, giving back, being friendly and making driving safer one person at a time is his higher calling.
Professionally, Greg is the lead driving training instructor at the Bosch proving grounds in Flat Rock, Michigan and winter-proving grounds in Baudette, Minnesota.
Greg teaches a performance and safety driving program that helps to provide engineers with the driving skills to validate and calibrate their innovations on the test tracks. The program which he had modified and advanced meets some of the highest standards in the industry.
Greg’s mission goes beyond his job. Several weekends a year he and other professional drivers volunteer to teach new teenage drivers how to avoid being in an accident.
