💐The much asked for episode on PCOS. So many women and girls struggle with polycystic ovarian syndrome and don’t know it. In this episode I talk on what it is, the four different types, the signs and symptoms, how to manage each and my experience with being diagnosed with it. I am not a doctor and I cannot diagnose anyone, but I am here to support you in your PCOS journey. If you feel like you might have it, it’s important to go to a gynaecologist to get a checkup as well. Check out @bloomwithjemmarose on Instagram for more health based knowledge ! :)

In this episode I lay out 20 behaviours that I normalised when I was in the midst of disordered eating. Just because you resonate with any of these reasons, it does NOT mean you have disordered eating or an eating disorder. I am just shedding light on a few behaviours that I took part in when at my lowest point with my body, food and exercise. Just something to think about and maybe something to reflect on if you do resonate with any of them. Be kind to yourself and be open to explore the reasons behind your behaviours around food, body and exercise. 💐

In this episode I discuss the reasons behind why we, as women, struggle to stick to cycle syncing or implement it. I also talk on the basics of the menstrual cycle by breaking it down in a simple manner and discuss all the phases and relating hormone fluctuations. I discuss how to eat, exercise and live in a way to best support your body in each phase. I also mention simple ways to start cycle syncing! 💐 Side note: I am not a doctor, I don’t have a medical background. These are simple recommendations. I am speaking from a space of having gone through my own journey with period loss and imbalanced hormones, as well as studying holistic health and being certified as an integrative nutrition health coach.

Trigger warning ⚠️ I do talk about disordered eating and binging and purging.
