So many of the female coaches and entrepreneurs I work with set off on a path of transformation and then hit a plateau and can’t figure out why.
I experienced this in my business and so dug deep to understand what was happening for me.
It helped of course that I used to run a Training Consultancy for 5 years, so understanding our human learning styles was something I’d already done a lot of work on.
For me, I had some personal growth requirements to help me move from an employee mindset to a business owner, and then from business owner to CEO.
And for so many of us, the journey of transformation involves many twists, turns, ups and downs and so I developed my Triangle of Transformation Model, which I’m sharing in this episode, to help you identify your current position and mindset…. which will then help you move forwards with total confidence onto your next stage of personal transformation.

Your authenticity will shine through and become so infectious that clients will be magnetised to it.

It’s my birthday soon and rather than sit here waiting for the postman to deliver all my goodies, I’ve decided this year that I’m doing the giving !!
