This Hypoglycemia and Alcoholism relationship MUST BE KNOWN. As it turns out, quitting alcohol is not quite enough to recover fully from addiction.
But don’t worry – it’s entirely within your power to feel incredible once you make a few changes to your diet and lifestyle. This episode can be a real lifesaver for people who have not yet read about the significant overlap between hypoglycemia and alcohol.
You may have heard about people who gave up only to mysteriously become dry drunks. They are irritable and generally not fun to be around. While this condition is often characterized as a spiritual defect, there is evidence that this “syndrome” is essentially undiagnosed (and uncorrected) hypoglycemia.
Always do more research (including side effects and contraindications), and then talk to your doctor before trying new supplements.

Matt Finch shares an EPIC and proven three-step process for mind/body/spirit trauma healing totality. This episode of Elevation Recovery comes from a portion of a course and group coaching program called Make Alcohol Moot Again With Mindset Mastery.
Unresolved and unhealed trauma (childhood and adult) can make it harder to stop drinking alcohol or administering drugs. Childhood trauma changes the brain and nervous system in ways that make alcohol and other addictions potential subjective resources to regulate the nervous system (and this can lead to addiction). Healing from trauma can take a long time and many individuals haven't been able to recover when using the mind-only approaches or even mind/body approaches.
In these cases, trauma healing from a mind, brain, body, and spirit approach can often help.
