Eric began this series at Moss Pawn & Gun with our good friend Barry, a huge voice and wealth of knowledge in the 2A community who unfortunately passed away in 2014. Black House on the Corner Podcast started as a way to capture experiences in law enforcement to pass down to our posterity. Nate's grandfather was a WWII Veteran and we wish we had more of his experiences, through his perspective, and with his voice. This is what sparked the idea to do the same for Nate's brothers and sisters in blue. It's purpose is to not only capture these experiences but to give them the opportunity to share with their families. Little did we know it would evolve into so much more about humanity in general, our lives, relationships, mental health etc. The name came from knowing this podcast is all encompassing. We hope our listeners enjoy whatever path each episode takes.
