Ar. Qutub Mandviwala Principal Architect, Mandviwala Qutub & Associates.With a rich experience of nearly three decades, Ar. Qutub Mandviwala has over the years developed a reputation to provide innovative design solutions within the context. He is an alumnus of Rachana Sansad Mumbai, graduated from the Academy of Architecture in the year 1988. Mr. Mandviwala engages in various work experiments with new spatial concepts intensifying existing urban landscapes and encompassing all fields of design, from the urban scale to interiors. Known as an architect who consistently pushes the boundaries of sustainable design, he has various townships, high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, hotels, hospitals and office interior projects to his credit across India. He believes that great buildings and spaces can inspire, influence and enhance the lives of their users and the community. Spaces for learning, for socializing, for work, contemplative spaces, and spaces to live and grow old in, must contribute to the positive qualities of life, productivity, and happiness of their occupants. Over the years, he has developed an architectural language forging design sensibilities that are inherent to siteâs climate and conditions. His approach to design is simplistic with a minimal and modern flair. The largest urban renewal project in Mumbai, Bhendi Bazaar Redevelopment project is designed by Mr. Mandviwala. With an area of 7.5 million, this project has been applauded and recognized as Indiaâs first smart city project by the Honorable Prime Minister of India. He is also responsible for the design and execution of an international school for Wockhardt Group. The school has been featured in the list of 16 most beautiful schools in the world as per Business Insider INDIA and was also selected for World Architecture Festival 2017, Berlin. Ar. Qutub Mandviwala is a proud recipient of Bharat Gaurav Award with Gold Medal for Outstanding Contribution to National Development. He has also been felicitated with various prestigious awards like Indian Achievers Award for Outstanding Contribution in Architecture & Interior Design by Society Interiors (2018); Build Awards for Best for Mixed-Use Architecture & Design 2018 - Mumbai; Indian Achievers Award for Construction & Design (2009), Bhartiya Nirman Ratan Award (2009), Asia Pacific International Award for Best Mixed Use Development (2010), Artist in Concrete Awards 2011, Architect of the year award 2013 by CNBC.

Monish Siripurapu is the founder and principal architect of ANT Studio, New Delhi, founded in 2010. He graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi, in 2009 and received the prestigious JN Tata scholarship in 2015 for his postgraduate Diploma in Robotic Fabrication from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC), Spain. He has won many national and international architectural and design competitions.

Shabbir Unwala Graduated from Rachna Sansad in 1986,He Worked for couple of firms in Bombay till 1987 but realized that he needed a change of scenery.He then Migrated to Lonavala in 1988 and joined Nachiket and Jayoo Patwardhan where besides doing Architecture, he also worked with them on movies as an Asst Art Director, He was an Asst Director on Canadian movie called âBye Bye Bluesâ and Marathi feature film called âLimited ManuskiâStarted his firm Design Workshop in 1989 and since then has been chasing this chimera, where he looks for the intersection of subtle art of Storytelling with the hard logic of Structure. He says, The Journey of last 31 years has been one of adventure and discovery where he was fortunate to do different building typology, from houses to Resorts to 5 star hotels to Museums to Schools to Training Centers to Public Promenade and also develop a completely New Typology of building on the Mountain Slopes.

Architect Girish Doshi, principal Architect at "Navkar Architects", Pune. Having formely worked with Master Architect, B. V. Doshi at Sangath or 7 years, he has started his own practice in 1987. He has been deeply influenced by his engineer guru Vishnu Joshi, for his construction techniques taught by him, known as "Vishnu Padhat"
Sir has done lot of his work in ferrogami and cost effective construction. One can see in his design the sense of minimalism that follows and use of discarded or waste materials. He believes that light plays a decisive role in the design and which can be seen in the buildings he designed. He has won prestigious awards such as JK Cement Award in 1996 and IIA Architect of the Year Award 2005. He also follows his passion of teaching.
