We have all heard the saying before, "mind over matter", meaning if you don't mind, then it doesn't matter. That can apply to anything, and while I relate it to a few things throughout the episode, the main thing I wanted to relate it to was a healthy lifestyle. The comparison is that if you do not mind living unhealthy then leading a healthy lifestyle does not matter. Now if you are someone who is tired of being overweight and wants to see what their body is truly capable of, then living that unhealthy lifestyle DOES matter, so it is time to enact a change. If this is you, then please reach out to me and let's get you started on your life changing journey!

In this episode, me and Alex talk about a few things that we have learned along the way in the realm of fitness. Since we are always learning, this is a topic we are sure to circle back around to as we continue our education. In you have questions that arise or some that have been bugging you, reach out to either one of us and we will be happy to help!
If you read this far, I appreciate you for who you are and do not ever change for anyone!
Unless you're Hitler, then... Bei der Wahrheit bleiben!!!
And if you made it THIS far, share this shit or else.

In my first Spotify video, I explain the basic mechanism of creatine in the body and how supplementation with creatine is processed and used by the body. I have been using creatine for years and recommend it to anyone looking to cut fat or build muscle. I hope this video helps anyone wanting to get a quick understanding of creatine! If you enjoyed, please share it with your gym friends and help take their training to the next level!

GYM NEWBIES AND GYM RATS ACROSS THE GLOBE, HEED THIS WARNING. I do not care if this is your first day lifting or you have been lifting for ten years, if you do not follow these three tips when in the gym, you are digging yourself a hole that will be very hard to climb out of:
1. FORM FIRST
2. HAVE A PLAN
3. COMPOUND EXERCISES
May your every wish come true, may your every dream be achieved, and may your every weight be lifted.
Seriously though, leave your ego at the door, and if you lift correctly, you WILL see results.
Thanks for listening, let me know if you like the episode! Also let me know you hate it, and we can settle this in the Walmart parking lot at 6:30 pm after I meet with my parole officer. GET SOME!

Top three episodes to date. Noah and James are two medical school bound buddies who are way more than a couple geniuses. Rock climbing and world traveling barely scratch the surface of what these guys are all about, so if you’re as excited as I am, I think it’s time you roll the tape, hit that play button, and get this show on the road!

ChatGPT is quickly becoming the thing to end all humanity, so I’ve officially sold my soul to OpenAI, they will be running the podcast from now on. I will exist only as a placeholder and a something to look at, but it will be ChatGPT calling all the shots. Oh, and Korean corn dogs.

Today was not the best day of my life and that's okay. Thank you for being my therapist for a few minutes, I just needed someone to listen. It is okay to not feel okay, it is okay to cry. Please please don't bottle these emotions up. It is part of the human experience to feel these emotions, just be aware they will pass. The sadness passes, just as happiness does. Emotions come and go, don't let them rob you of living to the fullest

Today I’ll take you on a 10 minute meditation journey where we will attempt to live more in our present lives and be more aware of our surroundings. Relieve some stress and clean your mind. The majority of our day consists of worrying about what we have done or worrying about what we will eventually do, and you miss out on little intricacies and beauties each day that make life so special. So take some time to smell the roses, as they say, and be more in the moment with me.

America is back baby, in what could be the greatest way ever. Power slap is the future of sports, and Dana White is taking us there. Spelling bee’s are clinically shown to cause depression in little fat boys. Thanks for listening

Merry Christmas! I hope it went well for you, but if your wife had an affair with Santa, I do completely understand your resentment of the holiday. Hopefully you got everything you wanted and more, but truthfully, you probably died a little inside, didn’t you? THANKS FOR LISTENING OR WATCHING OR WHATEVER.

Scientists have discovered female snakes have clitorises. Don’t ask me how they figured it out. Is it bad to laugh at someone having a t-bone induced heart attack? I don’t think so. THANKS FOR LISTENING PLEASE COME BACK I BEG OF YOU.

Hot button issue today, but why are we not at Golden Corral more often? Yet it’s always packed? It makes no sense, there is a glitch in the matrix. Move more and die less, it’s scientifically proven. Walk faster to your car, speed walk to the bathroom, anything to increase that heart rate. Thanks for listening, coming back and being a real one, and I’ll see you next week!

I want to take this time to apologize. TO ABSOLUTELY F*CKING NOBODY. No, but really, sorry for taking so long to release an episode. A lot has been happening in my life and I am trying to adjust to my new lifestyle. Trying to figure it out, and learning a lot about myself in the process. Thank you so much for coming back and listening, the few of you that do. You really are some dope individuals. Interesting nightmare remedy study in this one. I just did arms, I don't always look like that. I will try to be more consistent but no promises.

Shoutout to the homie WESTON SIZZLIN! Be seeing you soon and we can take some shots my dude. I don’t know what it is about John Wick but that shit just gets me going. Ever wonder what the beginning of the universe was like? Me too, and with the James Webb Space Telescope we are closer then ever before to solving the greatest mystery ever. Thanks for listening and come back for more. FUCKING SHARE THIS SHIT

Did anyone see Draymond Green punch Jordan Poole in the face in practice the other day? It was hardcore, but I honestly don’t have a problem with it. What I do have a problem with is you not living up to your human potential because you’re afraid of failing, you’re too focused on the negative aspects of the failure instead of the positive aspects of the potential success. We have got to change that. So listen up!!

The experience of FOMO. The Fear Of Missing Out! We all experience it one way or another and that’s okay, just recognize when you are feeling it and why you’re feeling it. I get it from friends and family stuff, and the older I’ve gotten the more focused it has become on family. Thank you for listening, please share if you enjoyed or found it helpful!

100 episodes in and I finally give you the tools to face one of the most daunting things out there; exercise. Many people are afraid to start working out, and I want to change that. I want to help you if you want to let me help you. There are physical and mental aspects to working out, and many people can have different reasons for both. The most challenging part is to start and the sweetest victory is when you finally see that progress, you finally hit that goal you made for yourself three months ago. We can do that, we just have to FACE THAT FEAR! Thank you so much for listening, please share with someone who is hesitant about starting a workout plan or cannot find a good time to go to the gym. It is comfortable to say you're busy, and getting out of your comfort zone is where you make the most change! ASK ME ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND I WILL GET YOU ANSWERS!!!

Think about this. Your tongue knows what everything feels like. What? Scientists have unearthed what they believe is the oldest known amputation in human history. Ankle down man. Cool stuff. I’m just trying to find myself in life, man. Live it up. Thanks for coming to hang with me, see you next week for #100!

Dylan is off bettering himself, so there will probably be more solo episodes from here on out. Each day, no matter what you do, you should strive to be the best version of you that you can be. You don’t have to cure cancer or time travel, just give good effort in whatever you do each day. It could change your life or someone else’s life. Had a good weekend on the lake, didn’t get eaten, thankfully. I appreciate you listening, and I ask you follow or share so you can be ready for the next episode!

NASA is planning to send people back to the moon by 2025! Two tests flights are to occur, one Monday morning and then one in 2024 to prepare for the actual landing on the moon in 2025. It’ll be exciting to see how it goes. When will we go to Mars? Probably not too long from now! Thanks for listening, and please like and share!
