Your body is a beautiful thing...look after it. Not sure I've met a physiotherapist with as much knowledge about the body as Andy. Simply incredible. Though he doesn't have the credentials of a doctor - I'd see him very close to one following this chat. He specialises in getting you back on track through various supervised lifestyle programmes. Andy and his team treat their clients with warmth...a key ingredient for recovery that can be easily forgotten. Thoroughly enjoyed listening to him myself. Keep doing what you're doing Andy. The world needs more people like you!

Shut the front door. This was one of those chats that caught me off guard. Andrew zigs when others zag. He's had many life experiences that have made him the stand out man he is today. I got lost in his words of wisdom. Wait til you hear what he's got to say. Didn't know him until very recently and would look to him for all sorts of life advice now. Great listener. Great talker. Great guy.

Wait til you hear this one. It'll give you a brand new outlook on what the world looks like through an autistic lens. Adam speaks so passionately about how he sees his amazing life. Geoff kindly shares his side of the story from a parental point of view. Autism is everywhere and we need an inclusive society that allows everyone to flourish! Chatting with the two of them was captivating. Both of whom have such a desire to spread the important news...for good reason. I was blown away. Hope you are too.

What can I say. Having had this conversation - I've got the utmost respect for Gina. She is simply incredible. Gina carved out an illustrious career for herself from a tiny town in Indiana. She shows you what's possible when you put your mind to something. Was blown away by her perseverance. She loves helping people too. Think you'll get an awful lot from this one.

Amy is a powerhouse. You'll see for yourself what a determined and positive person she is. Backed up by her husband whom I'm happy to say I know...make a formidable team! In fact the wider family unit is incredible and has a uniquely special bond. Some say they'll go to the opposite end of the world for someone and then there are the people who do just that! What a journey. What a family. Inspirational.

George is a big man with a big personality and a big heart. Adores his wife, family and grandkids. Took him a while to find his vocation but he got there, and that's what counts. George entertained many of us for years and he didn't disappoint on this chat either. He's had his own challenges and shown incredible resilience throughout his life, which is very admirable. He's an avid reader, movie buff and golfer. Still packs a heck of a right hook too! Well played George.

From the slaughterhouse to the legal field. There's no airs or graces with Larry. He fights for what's right and is always reevaluating. This listen features some of life's lessons with a drop of business thrown in. But not much. He carves out clever ways to have proper chats with friends through busy times. That's what's important now. I'd have Larry in my corner anyday.

Tom’s knowledge is insane. He’s really curious how effective small changes lead to incredible results. Tried to make this episode shorter but couldn’t! Far too much good stuff. He’ll 100% change your approach to health & fitness.

Sinead’s been through it all. She now lives a life full of passion, fun and fulfilment. By taking quality time alone, she’s managed to find her true purpose. Strength of character in spades. Loves to cycle too!

Fintan took 25 years to find his true calling. He happens to be in the undertaking business. Probably one of the most caring sectors for sure. When people's emotions are high - Fintan and his team play a pivotal role. Couldn't recommend him highly enough and proud to call him my second cousin! He's also had some tough times himself. Keep cycling Fintan.

Rev Rob isn't one for the adoration. Yet he's built a thriving community and won't say it was his doing. His ability to bring people together is effortless. Loves to include everyone and tireless in everything he does. He hasn't always had the faith but he's got it in spades now. Some proper pearls of wisdom in here. Trojan.

This one could have gone on for hours. I've seen Lisa-Nicole in action and she really makes an impact in a workplace culture. Work is driven by humans and she's very adept at getting the best out of people. Culture, values and leadership are key. She's all about helping companies dream big. We work to live, not the other way around.

Very good on his feet and really accomplished. Kingsley Aikens is not just unique by name but he's got a different slant on things too. He's all about the diaspora. Extremely well travelled which has seen his network grow exponentially. Certainly knows how to make people prosper. Kingsley has seen it all. Everyone can take some notes from him. Absolute pleasure to sit down with.

Ronan’s a legend. Calm and composed but always up for a laugh. Must be why Ronan and Padraig have the longest standing caddie/player relationship. Loves the sport and a very handy golfer himself. Listen to what he brings to the party. Always has a positive mindset. Top bloke.

Massive admiration for Steve. He shows how you can turn anything around. Steve’s testament to that. Practicing breathwork can do everybody the world of good. Try it for yourself. You’ll be surprised how good you feel.
