Well, Rhyan did it right before our eyes with hard work and 100% dedication to his dream of competing on the Mr. Olympia stage. Rhyan talks about is journey and his introspection into his true level of commitment to being one of the best in the world. Mr. Olympia, Men's Physique has only been part of the BIG SHOW since 2013, so making it to theOlympia stage in this division puts him in the top 1 or 2 % physiques in the world. That’s right, in the 10 years this division has been around only approximately 500 other humans have donned the stage in this division, which is a huge accomplishment, but Rhyan is not done. He has realistic goals for his first time in the show, but he believes he will be back again and again and his time will come. Get ready to get inspired and to maybe moved to check yourself on the efforts you put into the goals in your life.

    Changing the world 1 Man at a time. Clark is a fitness legend, with over 130 fitness or bodybuilding magazine covers. He coaches CEO’s and men over 40y to live their best life through a fitness lifestyle program he has created over 30 yrs in the business of maximizing lean muscle and low body fat without trendy gimmicks.

    I was a fan of Clark since the 90’s, envious of the body he created and all the magazine covers he was on. Luckily, I met him here in Las Vegas and got him to be on my podcast only to find out we are the same age and have a lot of the same philosophies around fitness coaching and mindset. Recently Clark has ran into his biggest challenge at 60 yrs. old when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. We talk about this and the new frontier he’s embarking to encourage men to get checked with his CBX Neb’s Health Test Kits and his “Check It Like A Man” organization. Check It Like A Man, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create awareness for prostate cancer, and the need for men to check their PSA levels regularly.

    Men over 35 need to watch this entire show and women with significant others over 35 need to watch as well. At the very least you will be inspired to do something.
