On this weeks show Ashley and Jess have the honor of interviewing Melanie Lindseth & Tracie Tandy. They have both walked though the group called She's Restored. This resource is Bible based and considered a free group resource. The organization Restored Nation hosts this group in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR area. Restored Nation provides the materials and this 8-week group at no cost to the women participants.
She's Restored is a group that helps women who have had elective abortion and are searching for help to heal emotionally and grieve.

Restored Nation also offers groups that are not Bible based and groups that help with miscarriage or infant loss. This resource will be offered soon in an upcoming show.

She is the founder or Restored Nation and is now functioning as the Director of Advancement and a group facilitator. She has been married to Dan for 19 years, and they have 3 young adult boys.
Ashely engages Jess to share what started Restored Nation and why she was so focused to start Goodbye Guilt & Shame podcast. Jess is going to share her personal experience with abortion, how it harmed her life after and where she found hope, healing and freedom from guilt and shame surrounding her abortion decision.

Ashley is a Clinical Nurse Educator, an Infinite Worth RN crisis line operator, and the Executive Director for Restored Nation. She is passionate about helping people heal.
On this show she will describe the trauma she experienced by not being raised by her parent, losing her infant son from SBS, and how two abortions effected her life and emotions. She will share her path to hope and healing. She will even explain why starting this podcast is so important to her.
