In this episode Colleen and Lisa cover the final appendix materials of the book, including several pages grouped together as Twelve Step Information. These pages were added to the book in 1991 coinciding with the establishment of Heart t' Heart, an LDS Twelve Step addiction recovery organization. Colleen and Lisa give some background information about these materials and a brief summary of their purpose, bringing us to the end of the content of the book!! Can you believe it?!?!

In this episode Lisa and Colleen discuss both the appendix section titled Discussion on Opposition, and the second half of the chapter Retain a Remission of Your Sins. They begin with a deeper dive into the principle opposition using the appendix, discussing how without opposition ,ultimately we nor God could even exist. Then they return to the chapter to discuss the need for continual repentance and progression for our entire lives, growing in our ability to receive revelation, the blessing of continued humbling experiences, and once again, how Christ's mercy and grace, are the only solution to every challenge and trial we face.
