In this week's episode I talk about understanding Decisions in order to get to the Insights you need -
Mangler du episoder?
-
Do you suffer from Decision Regret?
Do you waste precious time and energy reliving old decisions and beating yourself up about it? What if there was a better way, so that you could reflect on your decisions, but focus your energy on what you can do differently/ better in future?

I'd heard of herding cats, but not herding ducks!
I recently had an amazing experience during an away day, instructing sheep dogs to herd ducks in a field.
So many lessons to be learned, including how different individuals respond to slightly different instructions, and although they perform their tasks in their own style they can still all be high performing
So stop herding cats, and start herding those ducks!

It's not all about driving fast. Sometimes the value can come from being the one to brake last.
In this week's episode I reflect on the tagline of a product and business that I have the privilege of working alongside for the past year or so: Halo by Orthene
As a breakthrough high performance product, Halo epitomises the mindset required to gain the last drop of advantage possible. Drive fast, brake last
In this week's episode I reflect on this line and what it could mean to you, your team or your organisation.

North Star Thinking
In this week's episode I speak with the awesome Will Polston about his life journey and ultimately getting to his purpose in life to help others perform.
In this fascinating chat we discuss how a desire for change in your life doesn't have to be because you're inherently unhappy with where you are and what you're doing, sometimes it's simply because you know you will get more fulfilment doing something else. This gets us to question what 'success' really is.

Success drives success. And losing a race that you had no real chance of winning in the first place can be demotivating. Which is why it's important to set yourself up to Win Your Own Race.
In this week's episode I talk about the importance of setting targets that motivate, whilst avoiding setting yourself up for inevitable failure. Challenging yet realistic. Achievable yet a stretch.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Drop me a line via www.paulteasdale.co.uk
