In this episode Gary is joined once again by Ryan Dempsey. Ryan updates on the progress of his company TCW. They discuss the data collected on the industry and how that might be used. They explore what competence is and how the industry is reflected in data with regards to changes in regulations such as premature collapse in escape routes, 5 yearly inspections for tenanted properties, as well as geographical differences in how documents are completed.
