    Ann Louise is an accomplished and highly respected safety professional and has held many prestigious positions, including Vice President of Enterprise Patient Safety and the Enterprise PSO LLC at CVS Health (until her retirement in 2020) and Vice President of Patient Safety for CRICO (Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions).
