    This week it is about the sleep-weight connection! Have you noticed yourself craving late-night snacks or reaching for comfort foods after a poor night's sleep? There's a reason for that.

    How do we do this, without getting stuck on negative past experiences, taking things for granted or fear of future keeping us stuck! Where is this elusive attitude of gratitude ? Where do we start it from? How do we start it?
