  • This time our we do something a little bit different, as you join me in the remote Northumbrian countryside at a pele tower dating from the 14th century. I join Spiritus Paranormal for a paranormal investigation, and I’m taking you along with me as not only will I tell you all about the history, the legends, and the ghost stories, but I’ll talk you through every aspect of our investigation on that summer’s night, and you’ll hear the actual audio so you can hear what happened, exactly as it happened. There’s a lot to hear, so this is the first of a two-part special.

So, without further ado lets ask together, just how haunted is Cresswell Pele Tower?

  • This time we conclude our time in the Czech Republic by visiting a place nicknamed the bone church for obvious reasons as the skeletons of up to 70,000 human beings have been used to create all manner of decorative pieces for this church, understandably considered by many to be one of the scariest places on the planet. But are there any ghosts to be found here?

Lets’ ask together, just how haunted is the Sedlec Ossuary?

  • In the 24th Patreon bonus podcast you join me at a magnificent building we visited back in episode 21 of the podcast, but we're doing something a little bit special. In April I found a hard drive containing audio from four investigations that I conducted in 2011 and 2012. Dozens of hours of audio that I lost around a decade ago, and I thought was lost forever. These were four absolutely incredible locations, and I have covered all four investigations - minus the audio from that night - on the podcast previously. So in the Patreon specials across June, July, August, and September I will revisit those episodes and add in the audio, which was seemingly lost forever. This time it’s time to head back to York Guildhall. And the episode now includes almost 2 hours and 45 minutes of audio from that unforgettable night, so you can hear what happened, exactly as it happened.

But what would happen when my team and I stepped foot inside this location on a chilly October evening in search of the spirits to be found here, including phantom monks, voices calling out in empty rooms, and a large shadowy man, who’s heavy footsteps are a sure sign of his presence.

Tonight, let us find out together as we ask the question, just how haunted is York Guildhall?

  • Let us continue our time in the Czech Republic and visit a former prison in the heart of the country’s capital, Prague. This tower is named for it’s first, and most famous, inmate, a man who some believe never left and remains here in death. What will the Director for the Department of Tourism have to tell me when I speak with him about the ghosts of this structure within the Prague Castle complex? And I will read you an email from a listener who visited while on holiday and has a tale to tell that is an incredible, as it is utterly terrifying.

So, lets ask together, just how haunted is Daliborka Tower?

Could this fortress actually be the last line of defense against nightmarish creatures from the depths of hell?

And the episode now over two hours of audio from that unforgettable night, so you can hear what happened, exactly as it happened.

But what would happen when my team and I investigated a building designed to scare, disgust and terrify. Creepy, lifelike mannequins made up like torture victims, or a cannibalistic feast. Actors telling stories of the darkest periods in the history of this city. However could it actually be haunted? I investigated this location a decade ago, and received the biggest fright of my life.

Tonight, join me as, after dark, we dare to ask just how haunted is the Edinburgh Dungeon?

  • This time you join me on location in the wild, remote, Northumberland countryside, and we’re on a monster hunt as I search for an eight-foot-tall creature covered in thick hair, with glowing eyes, who causes the ground to shake whenever it is present. In early 2002 the nation's imagination was captured by the notion that this country park could be home to a bigfoot-type creature. Of course the area has a ghost, in the shape of the Bonny Lass of Belsay, and I will tell you of some of the other terrifying creatures that are said to lurk within England's most northern county.

Let's ask together, just how haunted is Bolam Lake Country Park?

A tourist attraction in the heart of one of the scariest cities anywhere on earth, offering frightening fun to families who enjoy ghoulish and gory stories told by actors made up as characters from this city’s dark past. When the public have gone home, and this intentionally creepy building is left empty and silence, could there be more to it than meets the eye?

With rumours of strange lights appearing and blinking on command, strange knocks seeming to come in answer to questions, and even the apparitions of a caretaker and a young girl, it certainly seems this may be the case.

But what would I experience when my team and I investigated this building back in 2011?

  • This time you join me in the remote Northumberland countryside, and I literally mean join me, as I recorded this episode on location at the site of the bloodiest battle in the history of England. This loss of life, a little over 500 years ago, appears to have left its mark on this land, as the sights and sounds of battle, and of death, are experienced here all too often.

Let's ask together just how haunted is Flodden Field?

  • In the 20th Patreon bonus podcast you join me on location at a 14th century pele tower in Northumberland, constructed during uncertain times when England was at war with Scotland, and being so close to the border required this tower to be fortified.

But what would happen when, all alone, I stepped foot inside this tower? Would I hear the footsteps and voices heard here all too often, or perhaps I would be unfortunate enough to encounter the Preston Hound? Also you'll hear all about what happened to a listener when they visited during the summer of 2023.

So tonight, join me as together we ask, just how haunted is Preston Tower?

  • Originally released for Patreons in June 2023 I hope you enjoy this very special episode.

A grand estate built around a house built in 1693, and destroyed by fire in 1977 is said to be the haunt of shadowy figures belonging to those who knew the building so well in life. The stable block, added in 1811, is one of the more active areas. Why this is the case we’ll likely never know.

Phantom lights float around the house, and whispering is heard deep in the woodland. Dogs howl and bark within the grounds in the dead of night, and can be heard for miles around.

Would I encounter any of these phantoms when my team and I investigated this estate back in the spring of 2012?

    Let's find out together.

Tonight, join me for a very special episode, as we return to Edinburgh and ask just how haunted is the Cammo Estate?
